This location is on a very busy street right across from a high school. Between 8-9 am forget about it and find another location. It's overrun by kids. I mean it is packed tight. You will be late to wherever you are going. Outside of those hours you are in and out. The lobby isn't an area where you would want to sit and enjoy coffee. Plan on grabbing and leaving. The staff is super friendly and they work hard. Location Location Location.
Now i’m not a low reviewer but this place has got to get some sort of assistance or supervision. Now i must say, usually in the morning, this dunkin is great the staff is very nice. However, in the afternoons and evening shifts, i have noticed that the staff are a lot more lazy and nonchalant. An employee was talking to someone else while taking my order, makes my drink wrong, and then gets an attitude when i ask it to be fixed. I've been in this Dunkin' Donuts multiple times and the bathroom never works, it's been about three occasions that I have heard them say it's out of service within the past month, today it was out of service when I try to use it. On top that the service is not great and you're never greeted when you walk through the door.
