I'm sorry but I refuse to pay $30 for a pizza because you added a bunch of fee in the price. Why is there a fee dor delivery?? Then you want us to give a on top of that?? NOPE. We are already paying for the pizza why the fees? There's nothing else that you are doing. Why are you trying to compete with uber eats? Those fees are Why people do order from them. I'm not going to give you a $30 for a delivered pizza and a tip. The fees are unnecessary.
I have ordered delivery from this location twice. The first time everything was normal, this time was weird. I ordered the gluten free (ancient grains) crust, it is clearly overcooked to the point of being burnt. Also I was notified once the pizza was being delivered that it was through the “partner” Grubhub. We have gone to this location a couple of times and had no problems. Today we ordered for pickup around 6p and paid on the app. Went to pickup after 25 mins and waited another 20 mins inside the restaurant just to be handed our food which had been sitting on the counter not under heat or in a bag??.
