I asked for a Cesar salad with chicken and when I received it, the chicken was so dry I couldn’t eat it. So, I asked if I could at least not be charged for the chicken. The employee said the salad was already made so no. I asked if I could get a refund for the entire salad and he said no again. So I gave the salad back and had $8.89 taken from me in exchange for one small bite of dry chicken.
