Terrible terrible terrible service. Walked up to a line of two people waiting to order. 5 people working. 7:56 a.m. Waited possibly 7-10 minutes before I opened my phone to record. No one ever came to the front register to take orders for at east 10 minutes. No acknowledgement of line waiting. Employees laughing and making their own drinks. Was there about 4:10 pm on 1/29/23. The lady finished up with the customer a headed of me and just walked away. Now it’s 4:30 and staff member still did not come back. I had to wait for my flight so I didn’t mind waiting to see if she would be back. Maybe a bathroom break or had to go get supplies? Good customer service would be to let customers know she was going on break or to put up a sign to say when she would return. It was very weird. My suggestion would be to post what you need to do before you are screened. . When I headed to Baltimore last week I didn't have to remove my laptop, belt or shoes. coming home today the people were rude.. one women said... "I know she told you to take out your laptop, because I trained her" even the few people behind me were confused. it's a stressful time and I understand TSA deals with allot of people.. Gosh. signs would be good to have..
