Staff moves very slow and lacks knowledge in making espresso/coffee drinks. People were waiting so long for their drinks that they left before getting them. The flavor of the drinks was not worth the time and effort to get them.
I ordered a medium soy latte, which was so scalding hot that I had to wait about 20 minutes to even be able to drink it. Once I could swallow without burning my tongue and mouth, I discovered that it was sickeningly sweet, didn’t taste anything like a soy latte. It was not drinkable, so I just threw it away; over $7 down the drain.
Great coffee! Quick service!
