Coffee was bitter. All the milks (milk, creamer, skim) were empty. Asked for a toasted bagel, walked to my gate where I found it wrapped in foil. It was not toasted but microwaved which made the entire bagel hard and rubbery. I could not even eat it. For the price, I am not happy and will not go back.Note: it was too far from my gate or I would have taken it all back.
COMPANY TAKES ALL TIPS!!! If you can't tip in cash, know that the company pockets it and the employees don't see a dime. For example, if they make $300 in tips, $300 is taken out of their paychecks. TIP CASH ONLY!

Ordered two regular coffees with cream and the lady behind the counter brought out two coffees with almond milk. Waited but she didn’t return with mine. When I asked about what those two were again, she said “it’s on the label you can read it”. Since it wasn’t mine I stated that I had ordered two coffees with regular cream. She ignored me as I said it twice more. Proceeded to say “Lord, not today” and then told me she would make me two more. Crazy
