About Amadeo's

Amadeo's is a welcoming restaurant known for its home-style Italian cooking and cozy atmosphere. The menu features a variety of pasta dishes, with many items changing weekly to showcase fresh ingredients. Highlights include the salciccia (sausage), which is served in different versions, and the short rib pasta that many find satisfying. The focaccia, made from homemade sourdough focaccia, is highly recommended and considered well worth ordering. Customers enjoy the unique Caesar salad, which uses freshly grown greens and changes slightly each week, and the pizza, especially the one with sourdough focaccia crust, which is described as perfect and addictive. The restaurant also offers a selection of cocktails, with favorites like the Mezz-a-notte (midnight) and classic drinks like the Manhattan and Old Fashioned. The new owners have focused on good service, with attentive staff dedicated to ensuring a great experience. The space is intimate and unpretentious, making it a great spot for friends or family. Although food isn't served every day, when available, the food and drinks impress, and the friendly environment makes it a must-visit in Baltimore.

We had a Wonderful time celebrating our 37th Anniversary - Daniel and his staff were Great.
The food was fantastic and the attention to detail was beyond most Baltimore Restaurants - I Gladly recommend them to anyone that loves a good time with great food - They are small so make your reservation to make sure there is a table waiting for you.
Was very excited to try Amadeo’s and it delivered. The tomato pie is a must try Baltimore dish. Caesar salad was great and the pappardelle pasta was perfect.

I had the godfather cocktail and it was exceptional. Much smoother than I expected for a cocktail with scotch.

To top it off it was the best service I’d had in Baltimore in a long time.
Top notch service and food. Swordfish was cooked to perfection! Lots of non alcoholic options as well which I appreciated
