“I took my Sister in law and my Grandchildren for a bite to eat we didn't feel like cooking after a long day service was good food freshly cooked order was corrected
Vegetarian options: Their baked potatoes are delicious
Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to pork I do chicken or fish not real big on beef
Kid-friendliness: Staff very professional and polite
Wheelchair accessibility: Yessss“
“Honestly great Wendy's. Only thing that felt off to me was the atmosphere. Also I'm going to assume they just mopped the floors cause that was Sticky AF. Like it felt like a Mob of Kids Spilled a Gallon of Dr. p all over the floor. Other than that there Food is usually good. I got 2 Pumpkin Spice Frosty's. Just wish they were a bit more Firm like ice cream. They were a tab Melted. But seemed as Everyone there was happy
Parking: There is actually quite a lot of parking
Kid-friendliness: A lot of kids come in most likely because of the Frosty's and the fact that Wendy's machines never break like McDonald's. Also they have a Kids menu
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's Wheel chair Accessible“
“I've purchased food from Wendy's before, but this is my first time getting the Baconator meal. I had heard about it from other people I know who spoke on the burger, and I decided to finally try it for myself.I got the meal and it was good and fulfilling. The cashier was friendly, the service was good and quick and food was fresh and good. The place was clean and presentable as well.“
“We went in the drive thru the food was hot and fresh and Heather offered us some Halloween candy while we waited for our food this Wendy is on Washington Boulevard in Baltimore, Maryland she was very polite and friendly great customer service“
“Great Wendy's experience today, thanks to Kristopher and the team there for holding it down! Would have been five stars, but the drive-thru was closed due to short staffing and excessive online orders. Aside from that, the staff was professional and the food was great. Thanks again everyone for your commitment and diligent work!“
“went through the drive thru AND the service was amazing!!! so fast and friendly the person workin Drive thru was AWESOME!!! she genuinly cared!!!! so refreshing!! I updated only because I'm very confused in regards to the service when you go through the drive-thru during the day they can totally ring your Wendy's reward card or skew on your phone so that you can use your free Wendy's rewards or just collect more Wendy's rewards but when you go at night literally a day and a half later after 9:00 p.m. they say they that the skews but it's broke even though I told him that the person the other day did it so it must be fixed but what that means is if you're a person who prefers drive through or goes after 10:00 p.m. and can only do drive-thru because it's closed inside after 10:00 You're never going to get your Wendy's rewards here. So as wonderful as the people are there I've started going to another location because I want to get my rewards. And I can't understand why the day shift can scan my rewards through the drive through but the night shift can't if it's because they don't want to touch people's phones I get that they're dirty it's icky but then say that or maybe put on a glove I don't know I just started going somewhere else“
“You know what? I'm not even gonna take any time ripping on the employees. My service and food was amazing (for fast food).
I had a 20 minute wait to the speaker, then another 5 to place my order once there.
It is beyond WILD to me that corporate would rather slave two people in the kitchen and provide 0 star service, tanking the brand's reputation, than to close a location and move the workers to another location where they would be, oh I don't know, FULLY STAFFED?
Kudos to the workers holding down the restaurant while capitalist pigs make profit from your blood and sweat (it is Wendy's, probably not far off) by forcing you to work unsafe, under staffed locations.“
