The bar opens at 10 and offers a full bar with reasonable prices. The Lou Room upstairs is a must-visit for cheap drinks and mediocre performers, making it a jewel in Baltimore's dive bar scene. Located in the middle of Hampden, Zissimos Bar is known for its friendly atmosphere and tasty Wagyu hotdogs, chips, and tater tots.
