Benihana is a great brand and I’ve always eaten at Benihana when traveling. Today it is July 23,2026 and thanks to bartender Julia and the manager Sergio, I had one of my best experiences at Benihana. Overall, it was their customer service and patient attitude that compelled me to write. I have to admit I was a mess today and they were so accommodating it’s refreshing to see this level of professionalism especially in this time. Kudos to you both. Keep up the good...read full review
