Moby Dick House of Kabob Reviews
I always enjoy dining at Moby Dick in Bethesda. Dana is an absolute delight and one of the main reasons we love coming back. She's always smiling, genuinely warm, and treats everyone with kindness and respect. Her welcoming attitude creates such a positive atmosphere and makes every visit enjoyable. Excellent food and outstanding customer service!
Food is delicious. Third time in a row I placed an order for pick up where they failed to include items. I called to complain and they said come back to fulfill the order. Had to request a refund. Check your order here before you leave.
We always loved Moby Dick food, and it's our frequent choice for catering. We were very disappointed by the customer service last week at the Bethesda location, though. Our fruit platters were cancelled on the morning of our event. Moby Dick House of Kabob is a restaurant renowned for its flavorful and juicy kabobs, such as the chicken kabobs and the Kabob Kobideh. The salad is fresh with large chunks of feta, and the rice is praised for its perfection. The homemade bread is also a customer favorite, especially when dipped in hummus. The restaurant offers a family meal for 5-6 people with generous portions and various options for sides. The service is friendly, and the food is served quickly, fresh, and hot. Recently, the addition of a new manager, Parvaneh, has raised the service to a new level. Catering orders have received positive feedback, with large packages for events that come nicely packaged and include serving utensils. Many customers have noted that the food stays hot even after being transported home. While parking fees in Bethesda remain a downside for some, many guests are pleased with the generous portions and overall quality. Although there have been reports of a decline in the quality of the Kabob Kobideh, most customers still enjoy the restaurant's offerings and recommend it highly.
