This is what Black excellence is supposed to be. 5/5 fantastic customer service.
I ordered online for pickup. My order was ready in about 25 minutes. The pizza was nice and hot, the staff was friendly. I haven't eaten at Papa John's in a few years. The pizza was horrible and tasted nothing like I remember. Now, low quality ingredients...spongy sausages and cheese that didn't melt when reheated in the microwave. I won't be back.
My last 3 orders i ordered wings asked for well done did not get that. I use to work there so i know the deal and what well done wings look like. I called the store 3 times no answer. I walked into store to let them know after placing order online.the girl whispered to the person on the oven. And i never seen my wings go back in the oven they let it sit to the side while i waited for my food as if they put my order back through.
