“My wife and I visited Rucci"s Italian Kitchen & Grill today. It was our first time at the establishment. The food was tastful and the atmosphere was fine. The only reason I cannot give it five stars is our server Jessica was very inattentive to us as we watch other servers in the area cater to their assigned tables constantly insuring their patrons had everthing they needed. I needed water as my glass was empty. When our server finally returned, I stated I could use some water, she never acknowledge me and walk away with our utensils. Moments later another young lady shows up to fill my glass with water. So it was obvious my server heard me but didn't acknowledge my request vocally. I can overlook a dish I didn't like, this wasn't the case here. But bad service really turns me off. Everyone esle who came by our table i.e. management and possible the owner I'm not sure, were polite and courteous.“

“We came in and was seated graciously. We even asked to move and our request was happily accommodated. Next we met our server Marcus it was easy to remember his name because of our son. His service was phenomenal and he had a pretty big area where he appeared to be the server for, however he was still able to make us feel like we were his
only customers. He even asked about a drink that was requested from the bar. I'm sure he'll remember a cosmopolitan 😁. Thanks Marcus and staff a sr staff mgr or chef not sure but he greeted us as we left just as pleasantly. Thanks guys for your pleasantries keep it up. 💯
Vegetarian options: We had a pretty good selection of choices. We got a vegetable ravioli as well.“

“I like to say I was feeming for some of their sausage Italian soup so I went almost 15 miles for the small bucket just to get home and find out there was more juice/broth in the bucket then the food I called them to complaint and they told me to come back tomorrow and they would take good care of me I just like to say thank you Olive Gardens you did just what you said you would and tonight I am enjoying my great big bucket of delicious soup. You still get my five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫“

“With honesty, as a wing connoisseur, these wings are the biggest and the best in county. I do not know what marinade and breading they use but… it is God sent. The pizza, no doubt is delectable and the Stromboli dough lights the taste buds on fire. I would recommend to any and all who love good takeout.“

“We have been happy customers of this Pizza Boli location for 5 years. We order 2-8 times a month. We order for both our family meals and for large groups of guests at our home who enjoy the variety and quality of the pizzas and wings. Our gatherings are very popular due to the pizza!!
We have nothing but the best feedback on all the varied pizza, sandwiches, and bowls we have tried and shared. Service is fast. Food always arrives hot, with cheese still melted.
Delivery team does a good job finding us, and (Google maps does not).
On very rare occasion, there have been issues with the app, and these have been sorted out to our satisfaction.
My house recommends this Pizza Boli wholeheartedly. I'm ordering again right now.“

“Wife and I ordered pizza from here and we normally like it a lot because it reminds us of a pizza place we went to in California. We ordered just one large cheese and one large pepperoni and when we went to go pick it up did not realize it until we got homethat they gave us a pineapple ham and a pepperoni mushroom. I am allergic to two pineapple and my son is special needs and very picky on his food and only likes cheese pizza. I called him up and they were very apologetic and very helpful especially being at the last minute of the day before they close. They made me and my family, a fresh cheese and a fresh pepperoni. Very grateful for everything they did. That staff there was amazing.“

“First time here, and will definitely be coming back! We ordered a XL Greek pizza and a SM pepperoni pizza. Both were well made. Plenty of fresh toppings, really good cheese, and a nice soft hand tossed crust. Counter was clean, loads of options to choose from, and our order taker was very pleasant. It was so nice to find a good pizza! The whole family was very happy!“

“Pizza was made well per usual... made an online order and was ready upon my arrival. Customer service was a little dry but attentive. Was inside for 1-2 min ...I dnt like to give 5 ? so easily but they've done nothing to deserve less. ? “Very very good pizza. We got two largest with cheese, extra cheese, sausage and pepperoni (half for each) and they were all delicious. Everyone ate the pizza up and loved it. Pepperoni was my absolute favorite. Pizza was a little expensive, but otherwise no complaints.“
