Starbucks in Brandywine

“Such a pleasant experience! Top notch customer service. My order wasn't as sweet as I wanted it. I went back and asked if they could add some sugar, and they made me a new drink with my old drink, with more ingredients and ofc in a new cup. It was delishhhh!“

“Literally my favorite Starbucks to patronize. The service has improved over the last year and is the best I've had at a Starbucks. The drive thru is typically quick (for a Starbucks) even with a long line. I'm giving this location 5 stars for the customer service. There are several baristas who often go above and beyond with their customer service. Even the less "friendly" baristas provide better customer service than the best baristas at most local locations. There is one young man in particular (do not know his name but he is brown skinned with reddish hair) who is exceptional and should be a manger (at the very least. I honestly believe corporate should hire him to train employees on exceptional customer service) . There is a Starbucks in my local Safeway 2 minutes from my house and I will drive the 10 minutes up 301 simply for the the service.“
