“My wife and I visited Rucci"s Italian Kitchen & Grill today. It was our first time at the establishment. The food was tastful and the atmosphere was fine. The only reason I cannot give it five stars is our server Jessica was very inattentive to us as we watch other servers in the area cater to their assigned tables constantly insuring their patrons had everthing they needed. I needed water as my glass was empty. When our server finally returned, I stated I could use some water, she never acknowledge me and walk away with our utensils. Moments later another young lady shows up to fill my glass with water. So it was obvious my server heard me but didn't acknowledge my request vocally. I can overlook a dish I didn't like, this wasn't the case here. But bad service really turns me off. Everyone esle who came by our table i.e. management and possible the owner I'm not sure, were polite and courteous.“

“Our team of 17 held its end of season luncheon at Della J’s Alexandria VA. The entire experience (e.g., establishment, food, service, etc.) was awesome! The staff… It started with Q&A with the hostess (Yvette), who also walked me thru the website to view menu options and how to make an online reservation. Then there was the manager (Catrina) who clearly explained the reservation process, payment and the services to be provided on the day of the reservation. And lastly, our server (Maria) worked the party solo! She was professional, organized and went above and beyond accommodating every request with a smile. I would definitely return.“

“The food in the restaurant is delicious and comes out at a very reasonable time for the amount that they put in front of you. The service is also spectacular. In my maybe 5 years of going here the only time they've ever gotten something wrong was confusing water for sprite, and I mean its a clear drink so whatever. The inside is also clean and well kept, even the restrooms. Again, 5 years I've been coming here. In those 5 years I've loved the food here so much that leaving a review never came to my mind because it was just so comforting, like I wasn't even eating at a restaurant. The only issue that I found was that the wait staff sends some training, especially the girl at the front door on Saturday, March 5th. Front Door staff should know how to greet customers. I found her very off- putting. It is a shame because her attitude is a negative for your business. Someone needs to take a few minutes to train her. 4 Stars“

“I LOVE this Uno's!! I brought in 53 people last night, and we were 15 minutes late for our reservation, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and extremely nice. “My favorite spot to grab a steak egg and cheese bagel after work. I've been coming here several times a week consistently for over a year. And while the couple's attitude and manners may not be the best, I just accept it as how they are and I don't let it get to me.

They never really seem to mean anything by it and they run the place alone on every day except Sunday. From an empathetic standpoint, this makes it understandable for them to be a bit crabby. But their food is top notch, way better than Manhattan Bagel down the street.

You can also call in your order ahead of time. It's also nice to have not gotten any kind of disrespect as I've been going there since before and during my transition, so they've seen me in all different forms and still treat me the same each time. That's nice when a lot of people get weird, whether or not you personally know them.

My usual: Steak Egg and Cheese on a Garlic or Jalapeño Bagel. I get home, hit it with salt, fresh ground black pepper and red pepper flakes and it's heaven everytime.“

Made a reservation and was so pleased with the ambience when seated; when looking over the menu, we felt certain we had been handed the wrong one because it was 11am and there were no brunch items to be found! But sadly, there is only this one menu regardless of day or timing. Very disappointing!! We pieced together some soup and appetizers as a “brunch” meal; the food was very good and our waitress very kind. However, we did send our comments to the chef expressing dismay that a brunch spot offered zero menu items that were even close to being considered brunch options!“

“Looking for a fun activity with our family before Thanksgiving, we chose bowling. The prices were definitely cheaper than commercial locations. The place was clean with stations every few lanes with balls organized by color and weight. There were ramps available for anyone to use if necessary. There is also the ability to set bumpers to raise and lower for an individual in your group. You have the ability to edit your score, which is great because a few times pins would fall on their own and add to the score. There were options for scoring using regular bowling rules or other fun games. While we didn’t eat there, but there were plenty of food and drink selections. My only issue was the balls were very oily and the finger holes were very small. Staff said that’s how they were ordered but offered me a small container of baby powder to use.“
