“Wonderful first experience. Invited to attend "Seniors Don't Eat Alone" waiter Kevin was very attentive, knowledgeable and understanding of Seniors!!! Our second experience, was again great. We joined "DINE OUT MARYLAND" and saw Libs Fulton was on the registry. Four of us had reservations at 4:00 we asked to be seated at a 6 top and the hostess just smiled and seated the 4 of us. Then noticed that Kevin was once again our waiter. He took the drink orders perfectly. Unfortunately, my BEEF & BURRATA was tepid at best. Kevin nicely removed and had remade without issue. The MOD brought my diner back pipping hot and apologized with a smile. Prior to ordering, we had inquired if the Dine Out MD was accepted and provided our ID. Keven again handled. Next another personable young man brought back the bill and spoke with us. He was informing us of the upcoming expansion of the Libs restaurants. He stated he was going to be at the new location in Towson. Great experience. All three individuals showed great customer service. BTW - our food was delicious....“

“Royal Taj is our go-to restaurant for special occasions, like our 20th Wedding Anniversary last week. It never fails to deliver excellence. Because it was a very special dinner, we decided to try something different. So my wife ordered the Lobster Malabar and I ordered the Grilled Halibut. Both were very good, especially the Halibut which was covered in an outstanding Corn Relish. To top off the evening our excellent server, Joshi, brought us a slice of very tasty cheesecake with a lit candle on top. As usual we cannot rave loud and often enough about Royal Taj and it is all due to the GM Binda, who is very friendly, charismatic and truly sets the tone of excellence at Royal Taj.“

It is a fantastic, relaxed basement dive bar with a great, chilled-out vibe. The bartender was friendly, and the regular prices are very reasonable—but if you hit their happy hour, the prices are absolutely incredible. The food is also decent and hits the spot. Just keep your eyes open when looking for it, as it is on the side of the building and you have to walk down some steps into the basement. If you are in the area, it is absolutely worth a stop!“

“I spend over $250 a month here. Most of the staff know me because I come in so often. The service is typically very good. Carlos, the manager is very friendly and always gives great service. Along with some of the older staff. But some of the younger staff need further training on proper customer service. Twice now, I’ve gone there, with the same individuals, and asked for a bag for my food. Instead of assisting me, they put the food on the counter and point me to the bags, saying, “they are over there!” I find that very distasteful and in poor taste for a frontline person serving the public. Part of the customer experience is assisting the customer. I worked retail for many years and always made sure my customers were satisfied. That kind of service is unacceptable!“

I was bumped numerous times by people getting up and down for their food. However, the show was phenomenal! The food was good, but I wish it would have been hotter.“

Let me tell you something 🤩 their small size pizza is what I’d call a medium where it can feed 2 people easily. The fresh and abundant toppings were insanely tasty. I was so full but kept eating because the food and drinks were on point 😘 In the end I lost at eating more that I ended up bringing much of it home to eat later. Did I mention they had TVs with different sports tuned in?? I noticed them but I was sooo into eating I figured I should end on that note.“

They have never shown partiality towards us or anyone. We visited during the pandemic and the quality of food remained highly consistent and hearty. “We walked into a clean restaurant. Immediatky greeted and sat. Everyone was smiling. The server was very helpful and suggesred great options. Our food came on a robot followed by the manager herself. THE FOOD WAS PERFECT! the bathrooms were clean and we were very impressed!we will back often!“
