“Wonderful first experience. Invited to attend "Seniors Don't Eat Alone" waiter Kevin was very attentive, knowledgeable and understanding of Seniors!!! Our second experience, was again great. We joined "DINE OUT MARYLAND" and saw Libs Fulton was on the registry. Four of us had reservations at 4:00 we asked to be seated at a 6 top and the hostess just smiled and seated the 4 of us. Then noticed that Kevin was once again our waiter. He took the drink orders perfectly. Unfortunately, my BEEF & BURRATA was tepid at best. Kevin nicely removed and had remade without issue. The MOD brought my diner back pipping hot and apologized with a smile. Prior to ordering, we had inquired if the Dine Out MD was accepted and provided our ID. Keven again handled. Next another personable young man brought back the bill and spoke with us. He was informing us of the upcoming expansion of the Libs restaurants. He stated he was going to be at the new location in Towson. Great experience. All three individuals showed great customer service. BTW - our food was delicious....“

“Once you try one of the Sunshine Store's sandwiches, you will wonder why it took so long to try one! 😊 My husband and father in law introduced me to this hidden pleasure the first time I visited the area. We started with breakfast (tasting the local culinary treasure of scrapple), then I was introduced to their burgers on the same trip, and I was surprised that everything is cooked to order. I have not found any burger yet that is close to comparison!! My husband's family has made this a regular stop for sandwiches over several decades and generations. My father in law (nearby farmer/owner of Greenstone Custom Farming) has eaten there for several decades along with feeding his crew from this hidden gem, this has been a favorite of my husband's since he was old enough to eat there, and now it is a favorite place for our children to eat with grandpa. The store is small and with limited seating, it would be best to order the food to go or if you are eating alone you can sit at the counter and watch your food be prepared. A must try in the area and definitely worth the drive through the beautiful countryside!“

He was professional, very hospitable, funny, he ensured I was satisfied with how my food looked as I ordered to go. He ensured the quality of the food was fresh by informing me that my potatoes and onions were peeled and cut the morning of. I see why and how he has been in business for over 40 years! I will be back just because the service was superb and my breakfast was delicious and the price is affordable!“

“Cute neighborhood spot. Selection of drinks and oven fired pizza. The happy hour was vast with a cute list of specialty drinks. We came to catch up but I wasn't impressed with the menu. Definitely, a lot of vegan or trendy dishes but nothing popped out. She settled on the Beet Salad with Salmon and I a chicken sandwich with home fries. She liked her salad but I wasn't impressed with my selection. It was indeed a hearty portion but did have much flavor. The spicy Aoil is what gave it elevation. The fries were very oily and didn't have any salt. I only ate the bottom half with toppings and 1 fry. The Witches Brew was strong but needed to be microwaved. I wouldn't come back but I hear it's a neighborhood watering hole. Maybe the weekend brunch or pizza offering is better.“

“Haven't been here in around 3-4 years but was pleasantly surprised by the food here. Tried the Chilean Seabass and the pork chop and enjoyed them. Ambiance inside was nice for a group setting. Our server was very kind and was very accommodating for my Mothers birthday. Only gripe I had was a 22% service fee for parties of 6 or more which is a little higher than standard.“

The only thing I added to my burrito wss some hot sauce -- and then it wss perfect. I love this place and I love the service. Everything else was great, I had a omlette and it was delicious and very well prepared. Our only complaint was the A/C, it was pumping, luckily I had (2) light jackets in my car. I noticed the couple next to us went to his car and got an sweatshirt for his Mom. It was just a bit cold, but I would deal with that versus A/C is broken. I love Famous Dave's, but the location in Columbia, MD is in dire need of a makeover. The booth chairs are worn down, the floors are cracked and messy, and they all need to be replaced.

The bar also needs an upgrade; it's old, looks broken, and is dirty. The windows require new blinds—perhaps tinted windows would be a better option since the current blinds are filled with dust, dirt, and bugs. You can't even close them properly without dirt getting into your food.

It's time to update the restaurant's appearance and give it a modern look. Trust me, if you improve the cleanliness and ambiance, you will consistently earn five-star reviews. People love dining in a clean restaurant and will keep coming back. Attracting Gen Z and Alpha generations requires an updated look for your establishment.“

“My friends and I went to Motorkat today after attending a play in Olney. Mikey was our server and was a stellar server. He was friendly yet professional. We came in with an appetite. We started with the smoked salmon and artichoke dip. The portion size was nice, and the chunky texture and flavor fit well with the Saltines. Next was the pistou salad, roasted sunchokes and the pork belly with creamy grits. The pistou salad was artfully plated and was soo good. The roasted sunchokes came with a miso ranch dressing and sesame seeds. It was so good and the mixed textures worked well. The pork belly sat on a bed of the creamiest grits I've ever had. The pork belly was tender, and the smoky tomatoes were a great paring and provided just enough acidity to cut through the richness of the dish. Still hungry, we ordered the flank cut short ribs and broccolini. The grilled broccoli were lighly tossed with chili garlic sauce, peanuts and basil. Divine. The flank cut ribs were Cumin scented and accented with a tart cucumber salad. They were fork tender and very flavorful. Our only disappointment was the scallion Pancake with pickled vegetables. We felt that overall then presentation was nice, but the Pancake was a bit thick and was a bit charred on the bottom. The pickled vegetables overpowered the pancake.. Out meal ended with mango sorbet. Overall, we loved the service Mikey provided, and all the staff was gracious. I highly recommend this spot for dinner. Thank you!“

“Food is great…. You don’t have to interact with a bunch of staff, but they do have employees to assist if needed. They are efficient and nice menu with a lot of options. Everything is packaged neatly!!!!!!!!!! This place was needed I speaks a lot of lunches here. Thai beef fried rice is amazing and in this picture I have the beef and broccoli everything was fresh and steamy.“
