“My family and I stopped at DQ in Cambridge yesterday afternoon (10/6/21) and while the food was good and customer service was excellent, we witnessed a sight that can only be described as a male Karen throwing a temper tantrum. What astonished me most was the fact the man throwing this child-like tantrum was none other than the MAYOR of Cambridge. He was yelling at staff over what sounded like him being offered too much ketchup. Who does that? Especially when you’re someone in the public eye, you never know who is watching (and voting next election!). The way we treat those in service positions tells a lot about our character. The kids working were doing the best they could with a staff of just two people. The young man who waited on us explained there would be a wait and politely apologized for any inconvenience. As a mom I’m embarrassed by the way our elected official behaved, if my own children acted like this or treated others as he did yesterday I would be ashamed. Apparently someone needs a lesson in human compassion and common sense.“

“Don’t miss out on this neighborhood gem! Menu options are absolutely delicious with generous portions. The chicken & waffles and jerk chicken were perfection. This is the first time in a long time that we felt we were getting what we paid for. You can tell everything was made with love and passion. Owner and waitstaff were so friendly and attentive. We didn’t “need” the brownie skillet but we’re glad we didn’t pass it up.“
