“Service was fine and food was reliably good. It came to the table quickly, although sans the peach milkshake, which made it's way over after a few minutes. There were a lot of places for pick up but I couldn't find any parking directly related to the restaurant. Every spot around it was a pick up spot, so I did as some others did, and parked in the lot for the grocery store and walked through the line of cars at the drive up windows. I find the restaurant good for kids although I question no parking to eat in. The young lady who served us was very nice and the main store had clean tables and stocked the condiments well.“

“Consistency is key at a fast food joint. The chicken is always good. Where they need help is handing out utensils for food. There did not give me straws for my drinks and no sporks for my mashed potatoes. This hasn't been the first time. So remember to ask.“

The tenders are the biggest I’ve ever seen compared to other restaurants, the seasoning on the fries are delectable, the slider with the kale slaw makes it crunchy and then the signature Dave’s sauce goes perfect with all of it. “Our food was incredibly good and served very quickly. The prices are perfectly reasonable. You’d pay more for less at McDonalds. Our chicken was tender and moist, seasoned well and falling off the bone. The sides were great, and they let you have as much sauce as you want, which is a nice change from other similar places.“

“My bf and I have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally stopped by a few nights ago. We weren’t even sure it was open because it was so empty.

We walked in and were greeted by the friendliest guy at the register. The place was spotless with the neatest ambiance/ decor.

We both got the meal with the slider and chicken tender. Those chicken tenders were GIGANTIC. I ended up eating the slider, which was the size of a full size sandwich and fries and took the tender (on toast) home for later. The fries were so crunchy and the chicken had great flavor. I got the extra hot which wasn’t too spicy. My bf got regular hot. We both enjoyed it and will be back. They also gave lots of pickes and Dave’s sauce which was also super yummy. 😋“

“My husband and myself stopped in last night, 6/6/2024 after stopping at the dispensary because the smell coming from crimson coward smelt absolutely amazing and delicious. We both got the crimson sandwich and I got the mac and cheese as well and omg it was all absolutely mouthwatering and delicious! (Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. “This is a diamond in the rough, but the food is really good. Despite the aesthetic’s husband and I enjoyed the lemonade tea, and their Friday and Saturday special of chicken with fried green banan and cabbage with the sauce. Of course I had to be a big back and get an order or cheese fries….i live in Georgia but I’m from up north and the cheese fries just taste wayyyyy better up north so I had to indulge.“

“I came every morning from october 3 to 7 for breakfast. Opening early (6:30) very convenient (I was attending a convention at the local convention center). Very located near the subway. A large choice of breakfast meals. Delicious and plentiful for a good price. Friendly owners. A great adress in Baltimore.“

“I love this place. I transfer buses at the corner and every morning I go in and get a scrapple egg and cheese sandwich. Along with a large half & half. They make the best half & half out of anywhere I have been in Baltimore. And I love the owners. They are so friendly. She knows what I want before I even speak. She always double checks to be certain every once in awhile I add something. Get fast friendly service. Right on my way and get my breakfast and my drink for about $5 cannot beat thatFeatures: Masks are required to enter this establishment. There is also a barrier between you and the employees. It's a small area though so if you are waiting on food it can get a little crowded but the wait is never more than a few minutes and you can always call ahead so it's ready when you arrive“

The chicken from this local chain is really good, and so are the biscuits and beans and rice. The coleslaw they serve isn't very good though; and I can't speak about the quality of their mac and cheese, which is a very big deal here in Baltimore.

The stores are all run as convenience stores (bodegas) that have fried chicken available, so don't expect fast-food joint service or amenities here. The good news is that you can get stuff here that you can't get at a fast-food chicken restaurant.

To sum up: Eat the chicken at Krispy Krunchy. It's good. Try the sides available, and figure out which ones you like. And don't expect more from the place than a place like this can offer. You do those things, and I predict you will be happy you stopped at Krispy Krunchy Chicken.“
