“Service was fine and food was reliably good. It came to the table quickly, although sans the peach milkshake, which made it's way over after a few minutes. There were a lot of places for pick up but I couldn't find any parking directly related to the restaurant. Every spot around it was a pick up spot, so I did as some others did, and parked in the lot for the grocery store and walked through the line of cars at the drive up windows. I find the restaurant good for kids although I question no parking to eat in. The young lady who served us was very nice and the main store had clean tables and stocked the condiments well.“

“Consistency is key at a fast food joint. The chicken is always good. Where they need help is handing out utensils for food. There did not give me straws for my drinks and no sporks for my mashed potatoes. This hasn't been the first time. So remember to ask.“

“Visited here many times and everytime time was a satisfaction. The tenders are the biggest I’ve ever seen compared to other restaurants, the seasoning on the fries are delectable, the slider with the kale slaw makes it crunchy and then the signature Dave’s sauce goes perfect with all of it. “Our food was incredibly good and served very quickly. The prices are perfectly reasonable. You’d pay more for less at McDonalds. Our chicken was tender and moist, seasoned well and falling off the bone. The sides were great, and they let you have as much sauce as you want, which is a nice change from other similar places.“

“It is a hole in the wall greasy spoon with the best cheesesteaks. Don't expect to sit down, don't expect great service, although it is good and they are very nice. Expect a great cheesesteak. Now their breakfast is also good and the salads look good too but I go for the cheesesteaks.“

“Dave's is my new favorite fried chicken in the area! They have a great range of spice levels, and the Reaper level is no joke - I tried it and couldn't get more than a couple bites in 🥵 personally, I love the smaller menu because everything on it is great! They only do a few things but do them very well, which seems ideal to me. A word of warning, their rewards/app system is not very good and I had trouble both redeeming rewards and getting points for purchases - worth double checking when you order in person or just order via the app. Their customer service is good though, the staff is friendly and accommodating.“

“Absolutely delicious! The spicy chicken and fish were cooked perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. The seasoning was on point with just the right amount of heat, and everything tasted fresh and made to order. Portions were generous and the quality was top-tier. Definitely one of the best spots for spicy chicken and fish. I’ll 100% be coming back and recommending this place to others.“

“My bf and I have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally stopped by a few nights ago. We weren’t even sure it was open because it was so empty.

We walked in and were greeted by the friendliest guy at the register. The place was spotless with the neatest ambiance/ decor.

We both got the meal with the slider and chicken tender. Those chicken tenders were GIGANTIC. I ended up eating the slider, which was the size of a full size sandwich and fries and took the tender (on toast) home for later. The fries were so crunchy and the chicken had great flavor. I got the extra hot which wasn’t too spicy. My bf got regular hot. We both enjoyed it and will be back. They also gave lots of pickes and Dave’s sauce which was also super yummy. 😋“

“My husband and myself stopped in last night, 6/6/2024 after stopping at the dispensary because the smell coming from crimson coward smelt absolutely amazing and delicious. We both got the crimson sandwich and I got the mac and cheese as well and omg it was all absolutely mouthwatering and delicious! We got our daughter a kids meal to bring home to her since she was at her friends and she even loved it, even the crimson sauce which we didn't think she'd like. We will definitely be back! “Huge shout out to the girls working morning of 12/9/25. I had placed a catering order and called to add on a coffee, just to discover I accidentally placed the order for the wrong day. The girl was very quick to solution and had my catering order ready for me in less than 30 minutes- while in a busy morning rush. I seriously appreciated this accommodation so much.

Chick fila is known for having great customer service, but this was the best I have ever experienced throughout my travels in the US (I cater for events often).

(Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. “I’ve loved Super Fried Chicken since I was a kid. It’s been great ever since then. Personally, never had any bad batch of anything I’ve ordered. Since the new Lexington Market, the food hasn’t changed. Happy to see the same owners and workers are there. Always a 5/5 with me!“

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

“There is no in-store dining. This is strictly for carry out food. The fried chicken is exceptional. And the price is also very reasonable. 25 pieces cost me around $35. Do not let the location (it is in a less than desirable part of town) bother you! Calling ahead for larger orders is a must, as they have a large number of walk-in customers.

Parking: You will have to park on the street. Pataspco is very busy so park on 6th.“

They need to do a better way of packing to go orders like in a box instead of wrappers. It was a turn off like Taco Bell or Checkers packing. And I say this because, MOST of the time, we don't get treated with kindness or respect when we go pick up orders! “Columbia Mall food court restaurant. Freshly made fried chicken that is tasty, crunchy, flavorfully seasoned. The perfect mix. Homemade quality. Flavorful chicken meals. They have nuggets, sandwiches- spicy or regular. Plenty of sides to go around. Such as Flavorful rice and tasty crunchy coleslaw.“

BTW - Am I the only one that thinks Popeyes is the stingiest with condiments though, not just this location, in general, can we get another drop of ketchup and an extra pack of sauce without a special request? “I love this place. I transfer buses at the corner and every morning I go in and get a scrapple egg and cheese sandwich. Along with a large half & half. They make the best half & half out of anywhere I have been in Baltimore. And I love the owners. They are so friendly. She knows what I want before I even speak. “I love Popeyes, and this location keeps up my expectations for great chicken. I just moved here from Utah, so this was my first time being in a Popeyes older than just a few years. It was nice to feel like I was in an established spot for locals instead of the usual carbon copy versions I've been to in the West. I docked one star in the atmosphere category only because it seems the place could use a little paint or something to freshen it up a little; a remodel would be a mistake though.“
