I had the soondae tteokbokki and it was delicious but the variety Korean jeon… I’ll be back just for that. Please be mindful that the Korean ‘pancakes’ are savory and not sweet. I’ll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.“

“I have come here to eat for years even when they where at another location since I was little. I have always come here when I want very good food, the best to be exact or when life has me down. The staff is so friendly. I even came to pick up my take out order one time and I had gotten a flat tire driving over just before turning in and they even came out to help me without even asking. “Ordered boneless wings. Even though the chicken was thoroughly cooked it seemed like the grease was not hot enough as they were soaked with oil. In addition, there was an odd taste as if the vats were used for cross cooking other proteins. The boneless chunks were also unlike any other I've had as they were very fatty and grisly. Maybe the sandwich or regular wings would be better, but with the other options like Dave's etc, I think I'll have to pass.“

“Great Korean comfort food in a small dining room in Ellicott City. I ordered their Seolleongtang with brisket. Broth isn’t as rich and creamy compared to other places but it was still pretty good. Many pieces of brisket. I did add quite a bit of salt. My daughter really wanted their bimbimguksu, but they don’t have it anymore. She got their bimbimnaengmyun and liked it. The steamed egg with cheese was good and unique.

“Came based upon high reviews on Google. The restaurant did not disappoint. The Haemul-pajeon (seafood pancake) appetizer was delicious. My daughter had the pork bulgogi and it was full of flavor with a nice hint of spiciness. The LA Kalbi was tender and flavorful. The portions were generous and it felt like I got my monies worth. The service was good and attentive. Definitely would recommend this place and I plan to stop by again when we're in the area.“

“We stopped by for Thai food but noticed an abundance of Korean restaurants in the mall. After a quick Google Maps check, we chose this one—and it did not disappoint! The authenticity was evident, with all the staff being Korean and only a few speaking English.

The food was excellent for the price. We ordered the special combination for two, which was more than enough for three—my husband, teen son, and me. The highlight was the thick pork belly: it looked greasy at first, but once grilled and cut into bite-sized pieces, it was incredible. The fat rendered out, leaving the meat perfectly crispy and chewy.

The two men also shared a seafood pancake, while I was already satisfied with the small dishes—like the steamed egg and soup—that came with the meal.“

“We went here on a whim to grab lunch and we were not disappointed! The Pad Thai was so delicious that I wanted to keep eating it even when I was too full for more. My boyfriend got the Donburi and he left nothing behind in his bowl.The tea was some of the best we've ever had, and we had to stop ourselves from inhaling the entire cup immediately. Very authentic from food selection, drinks offered, to interior atmosphere, wall decorations and the service. There is nothing fancy here, only hearty Korean vibes and food here. “Had the Dumbling Ramen and it was very good. It was spicier than I expected but I’m not bothered by such things; gave it a nice surprising kick. Comes in a metal bowl on hot pad, so be warned it will be quite hot at first and may need to let it cool a little before eating.“
