“I’m allergic to sesame, which means I can’t have everything bagel seasoning. So when I ordered my avocado toast, I informed them of this allergy and asked for salt and pepper instead. They were SO NICE and accommodating and wiped down all the counters and made sure nothing was cross contaminated. As someone with a long list of food allergies it’s not always easy to navigate that at a fast food restaurant, but they were amazing. I appreciate the extra effort they put in to make sure I leave happy and satisfied, as most other places wouldn’t do that. It’s all in the little things!!“

“Starbucks is always my go-to place for coffee and a quick bite. Always consistent in the composition of their beverages and consistently stellar presentation. Personally, my go-to beverages are either the signature mango-dragonfruit Starbucks refresher, a few shots of espresso, or their signature nitrogen-infused cold brew (not at this particular location yet but at others). They also have a mouth-watering selection of various treats that pair well with coffee, such as cookies, coffee cakes, brownies, croissants, and much more, as well as a wide selection of breakfast sandwiches that are both healthy and delicious. Top notch service and fast too so this is all-around a great place to swing by on your way to work, school, or just in general.“

“I was asked by the amazing manager to leave a review via my receipt this morning but I couldn’t find it unfortunately. But whatever manager that was working this morning 10/26/22 was absolutely amazing. I had some mobile order troubles before breakfast had ended this morning before 11am and she went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed. The people working were great, the service was great, and of course the manager was great. Thank you for an awesome morning!“

“Takes us about an hour from Baltimore, but always worth the drive. My husband and I enjoy sampling the flight, then get our fave as a regular drink for the drive home. There is always something new for the season! The shop vibe is very cute and the people that work there are always sooo friendly! I'm sure the woman with the baby attatched to her hip is the owner, we are in awe with how hard she works!! Thank you for this lovely little coffee house, we always enjoy making the trip here! <3“

“Starbucks set the bar high with their early-morning hospitality today! The staff's friendliness was great, and one employee went the extra mile by offering to wipe my table down before I sat. A truly pleasant start to the day! Coffee is always great!“

“Can't go wrong with Starbucks!! I also grab the glazed donut, chocolate chip cookie, and sausage and cheese sandwich. If you haven't tried them.....give them a chance but make sure you order with someone that knows Starbucks and speaks their language (as in....how many pumps and sizes. Grande, Venti) it can be confusing.“

“I ended up getting the wrong sandwich and it was 100% my fault for not looking at the screen to confirm my order or checking the bag until I got home. Not only did they give me the correct sandwich on my next visit on them, but they covered my drink I ordered as well. Their customer service was top tier and they were positive with no attitude’s towards my mistake.“

“Great seating area by the fireplace; big shout-out to the staff who had our coffee ready in record time. Busy time of year, but they were still friendly and hard-working!Had no food this time, therefore no 'food' stars, as they do not apply.“

“Being GF things get tricky so I have to say, anytime I have any questions about syrups or new flavors being gluten-free, Kai is always the first one to go grab the bottle and read the ingredients. Kai has always been super helpful when it comes to helping me figure out drinks, when I want to try something new. Also this location has the cutest cups!“
