“A new gem in Oxford. Great coffee from Rise Up Coffee, even better pastries from Turnbridge Talbot Bakery, great people and great atmosphere. Not to be missed. Worth a trip to Oxford just to stop at Oxford Social.“

“Since checking this place out, I have become a regular customer, and now come in 1-2x a week for a grocery restock. I have had no time to cook since the new year and had been eating out almost every meal.... but there are so few places around with healthy options. I am so picky about what fruits and veggies, organic items, etc. that I eat, and thankfully sprouts has provided great options for that! The baristas/cashiers are always so helpful and kind to us. Some of my favorites are-- ALL of the soups (seriously that chicken and rice is perfection, especially if you are under the weather), turkey chili, thai wrap, veggie wrap, egg roll in a bowl, drunken noodles, bbq chicken and succotash, the vitality ginger drink (that spice burns but feels good!), the challah and sourdough bread, eskimo bites for a treat, and the strawberry blondie brownies! I am trying new things as the menu changes, but these have been on my constant restock when available of what I have had so far!! I recently learned they can heat the items for you, so you can eat a hot meal there (I have not done this yet myself, as this is like grocery shopping for me so i take it home... but i have seen lots of people in there enjoying their meals!) I have seen some complain about the prices, but if you know the quality of what you are getting (local, organic), then you would realize these are very fair prices! If I have ever wanted to request something or had a slight issue, Sprouts has always been more than happy to accommodate. Sitting just off the main drag on Talbot Street in St. Michael’s, Blue Heron Coffee is pumping out deliciously crafted espresso and coffee drinks to help us all stay awake and vibrant. The staff is friendly and the menu is deep and robustly offers multiple flavors including lavender, cinnamon toast crunch, and white chocolate mocha to name a few. I downed my regular vanilla ice latte with almond milk and it had me contemplating making a U-turn and going back for round two to the hip, and colorful establishment. Make sure you stop!! 🛑“

“We had a super breakfast stop on the way to O.C.. Enjoyed the Irish’s breakfast and Potatoes stuffed pancakes a bunch. Pancakes smelled delicious as we suspect every dish would. Bought some baked goods to go which were equally tasty.“

“Stopped by on the way to OC with a toddler and had a pretty good lunch, moreover vegan! Baby’s had some potatoes of the menu and really enjoyed them along with some lemonade, we had the happycow breakfast burrito, mango smoothie, avocado toast (why doesn’t it say on the menu that it’s vegan idk), and the oat milk cappuccino. Everything was very filling and most importantly, we were extremely happy that they were able to accommodate all of us, especially the toddler! High chairs are available and that’s a big plus!

“As one of the first employees of the Blue Crab under Brian and Hellen, I can say that the vibes are immaculate and you can feel their flair throughout the entire building. The coffee choice is the best on the Eastern Shore (over Rise Up) and they don’t try to be fancy with their menu. It’s fairly straightforward and everything is delicious (I’ve tasted it all). I may have moved away and be saddened by the couple stepping away but I know the folks at the bagery are just as passionate. I will continue to stop by whenever I can and support not only an amazing business but also the people in this community. I recommend you try it out whenever you’re in St. Michaels. It’s the perfect place to escape and relax for even just a moment. Thank you Brian and Hellen. I’m so grateful for your love and kindness to the St. Michaels community.“

“I ordered a coffee cake muffin through the app, but when I got to the store I was told they were out and only had blueberry and chocolate chip instead. I asked for the chocolate chip, and I was even given an extra one, which I really appreciated. It was a nice gesture that made up for the missing item and honestly made my day a little better. “I came here looking for a specific Happy Meal toy and everyone was very nice. They looked around in the back for me and brought out what they had. They did not have what I was looking for so they apologized to me. After going to multiple McDonald’s and asking this one was truly the kindest.“
