We enjoyed our stay here for Memorial Day weekend. The front desk staff was extremely nice and we loved the rooftop pool despite the colder weather. The room was clean. My complaints would be that I wish RNR was dog friendly and had a dedicated beach with water. Also, the construction was a pain.
First time at the renovated Rod N Reel. Hotel and restaurant are beautiful! Unless I missed it, there should be signs outside directing where the restaurant is. We were seated by the window with great bay views. Our server, Keely, was great. She helped with cocktail recommendations, and also appetizer info. Then we noticed the flies. Nice looking restaurant and our server was great. She was also working at the bar and still was attentive.
I have one critique; Before paying the check I noticed it was written on the lower half of check 3% service charge plus $7+ fee for called a processing fee.
Why should a debit card be treated like a credit
card, it’s basically cash?!
The processing fee is absolutely absurd.
Never ever incurred processing fee for a CC or debit card.
