“We love this place! Everyone who works here is so nice. When my daughter visits she always ask if we can do Trader's for breakfast because the foods always good!

I usually only visit during breakfast... Today I stopped in at 10:15 pm... The kitchen was closed but the bar was opened.. let me say that the bartender was absolutely amazing!!! “If I could give higher ratings, I would...very friendly staff, helpful, courteous...the food is great...Roma pizza is authentic flavor and taste...Tuscan salad is very well prepared and a large portion...the Strawberry settevelli cake is a different style of dark chocolate cake...and they let me watch the Nationals on TV...near the fireplace...i shall return again...

Parking: Sometimes parking is crowded which speaks to the fact that they serve great food, at a good price, and in a pleasant and clean atmosphere.“

“They had a wonderful Halloween Party in November. I really enjoy myself. People were very polite . I won 1st place as a French Maid. I'm originally from Calvert county I don't come down that much to visiit but I had good time.I will come back soon“

“We popped in for lunch before going sailing from a nearby dock. It was bright and cheery with a view of the Chesapeake Bay from all the tables and there was also outdoor seating. The ahi tuna wrap was amazing. My husband had the mahi-mahi tacos which he enjoyed very much. After the sailing trip we stopped in again for a cocktail before heading home. We're happy to have a new go to place!“

“It appears I spent more time at Mel's than with family last weekend. Saturday at Mel's 2 dozens of beautiful blue crabs. Prices are comparable, and sizes were nice.Sunday back at Mel's again, this time soft shell crabs. Omg! Let me tell you, nice size price was doable. When I cooked these crabs, full of mustard, the crabs were perfect. Hat of to Mel and the cook. That would be me.“
