“Was visiting a friend two hours away and stopped by for lunch. The staff was very pleasant. Had the orange chicken, which I haven't had in years, and it was all very good flavor, crunch and smell. Much better then anywhere else I had it, it was the texture that really made it memorable. Also swiped my friends food and that was good too.Keep doing what your doing.“
“Right on the water, with delicious crabs and other seafood pleasantries. Sandgates has always been my family’s favorite summer spot, especially so we can enjoy some crabs! We keep coming back year after year. An old building with that classic Southern Maryland charm.“
“Popped into Captain Leonard's last weekend. We were kindly greeted and seated right away. Our order was taken very fast with no wait time. My daughter and I opted for snow crab legs and the hush puppy, mozzarella sticks, fried green beans appetizer. The food was nice and hot and delicious. Our waitress was amazing and everyone there was so accommodating and friendly. They're closing down for the winter but will reopen on April 3rd 2024. I cannot wait for them to reopen. This is my go to destination for the best crab in town!“
