“We had dinner at this location tonight. My selection was the Rib-Eye steak with a baked potato. I requested broccoli rather than the potato, and asked to have it cooked so it wasn’t crunchy, and have the steak cooked medium rare. The broccoli florets were tender but the stalks were very crunchy. I asked our server to return them and asked to have them cooked a bit more. When he returned, there wasn’t any difference, and they weren’t hot. The steak was overcooked, tough, and bland. Honestly the only good thing was the vanilla ice cream. This is no reflection on our server. He was pleasant and attentive.“

“Chilli’s has been spectacular lately. I’ve had 5 meals here in the past month in different locations. All have been amazing. 1 I had poor service. 3 amazing service and servers. The one time I ordered it for my family to be delivered, we didn’t receive my brother’s meal but I bet that was on the driver, not the restaurant. The burgers are amazing. Fries are best around and it’s not close. Their chips and salsa! Other restaurants need to ask for their chips. It doesn’t get better than Chili’s chips.
