CFA is so fast that for dine-in sometimes the food comes out right as we are getting situated in our seats. Walked into this location recently on a Saturday when the lunch crowd hadn't gotten going yet. Ordered a sandwich, nuggets, fries ?, and drinks. Sat down. 5 min passed and was thinking it was strange no food. But... it was only 5 min. ⏰ Other people came in, ordered to go, and left with their food. After 5 more min, I was walking up and Lynn A. asked what was wrong. I said we hadn't gotten our food yet. She went back and checked. There had been an error and our food was marked as complete or something. Seems this may have happened to more than us from looking around. Once Lynn took the receipt, we had our food in a few min. We even got some small gift cards ? on the house.

My niece mentioned she had seen Lynn before when visiting this location. Lynn was very friendly. ? She was cleaning tables and making sure everyone had everything they needed. Her customer service was amazing.

I have been to this location many times with no delays. Issues happen but how they are handled is really important to me as a customer. I don't often review fast food places but thought this location deserved 5 stars ⭐ for Lynn! The food is always hot and the dining area was very clean. Will try to take pics the next time I am there.“

“I go to various Chick-fil-As during my travels. They are typically good and the Aberdeen location is no different. That being said, I went in tonight for dinner and waited in line behind an much older gentleman who was telling the cashier war stories. The young cashier, Kam, was handling it very well. He was very professional in the face of a very unusual conversation given that it was a fast food ordering line. Not once did he brush the older gentleman off but he and his coworkers were able to get the line moving again in a respectful manner. While waiting on my food I observed he extended the same positive and professional attitude to everyone he served. His parents should be proud and Chick-fil-A should recognize and reward his above and beyond attitude. I will definitely continue to come back here.“

“Whoever was cooking last night around 7 or 8 is the best. I customize my orders a lot and I know that probably isn’t their favorite thing because it takes a lil extra time. I don’t always get everything I select, which isn’t the end of the world, but they didn’t miss anything and everything was so great. We had just gotten home from the hospital and really didn’t feel great and def didn’t feel like cooking, so it just made me happy and I wanted to say thanks and I appreciate you!

Vegetarian options: You can sub any protein for potatoes, two types of beans, plus you can add the nacho fries to almost all the menu items. My husband and I aren’t vegetarian, but we eat some of the veggie options sometimes cause they are so good (especially subbing with the potatoes).“

I found one of my nuggets to be noticeably undercooked. Not enough to get me sick I don't think. This has happened twice now and I want everyone to know that if the nugget looks off be careful. “I went to Qdoba in BelAir last night for dinner. There was a line, which is expected because it's dinner rush. Everyone was working and moving. The audacity this chubby little man in basketball ball shorts had to yell at the cashier that they weren't moving fast enough and that their job isn't that difficult. His mask muffled the rest of his rant as he was on the phone crying as he waited for the rest of his carry out order. The staff handled it with class and professionalism and continued to serve the rest of the customers with friendly attitudes and smiles. The line moved quickly and the carry out orders were also moving at a decent pace.“

“It’s Fall in Maryland and maple is in full bloom. Full bloom? Yes. Ordered breakfast with maple on my croissant. Wow. What a fantastic taste treat. The potatoes were just as tasty. Will be back. The lady taking our order made our day. What a pleasant person she is.

This store has always been a great experience. Never really busy when I have been there. This is beneficial if you don't like large groups.
