“Very good. Had a bunch of kids with me and the playground kept them busy and that was good. The staff and manager on site at the time I went in didn't yell*** or scream, so it was overall good at this time and day(it was a night but on a weekend), so it was fine overall. Good job cashier and manager on site.“

Great place, great food, great service! The food is great I love the chicken nuggets and the chicken strips, I’ve also heard that the chicken sandwich is amazing! Their sauces are delicious. Even on days that they might seem busy you will be out in >5 minutes! The place is nice to begain with, and the employees will never mess up a order or be rude. They will make sure to get YOUR order and make sure you will be out ASAP.“

“I go to various Chick-fil-As during my travels. They are typically good and the Aberdeen location is no different. That being said, I went in tonight for dinner and waited in line behind an much older gentleman who was telling the cashier war stories. The young cashier, Kam, was handling it very well. He was very professional in the face of a very unusual conversation given that it was a fast food ordering line. Not once did he brush the older gentleman off but he and his coworkers were able to get the line moving again in a respectful manner. While waiting on my food I observed he extended the same positive and professional attitude to everyone he served. His parents should be proud and Chick-fil-A should recognize and reward his above and beyond attitude. I will definitely continue to come back here.“

“I love taco bell but you need to be careful here. Great place but some employees have an attitude. So it depends on who you get. Usually my food is correct but they do mess up sometimes. I would recommend going back. Their food is really good. 👌“

“Whoever was cooking last night around 7 or 8 is the best. I customize my orders a lot and I know that probably isn’t their favorite thing because it takes a lil extra time. I don’t always get everything I select, which isn’t the end of the world, but they didn’t miss anything and everything was so great. We had just gotten home from the hospital and really didn’t feel great and def didn’t feel like cooking, so it just made me happy and I wanted to say thanks and I appreciate you!

Vegetarian options: You can sub any protein for potatoes, two types of beans, plus you can add the nacho fries to almost all the menu items. My husband and I aren’t vegetarian, but we eat some of the veggie options sometimes cause they are so good (especially subbing with the potatoes).“

This store has always been a great experience. Never really busy when I have been there. This is beneficial if you don't like large groups.

“I have almost always had a great experience at this chik fil a. The food is almost always on point and is handed over in a timely manner. Today wasn't the best though. I found one of my nuggets to be noticeably undercooked. Not enough to get me sick I don't think. This has happened twice now and I want everyone to know that if the nugget looks off be careful. “I went to Qdoba in BelAir last night for dinner. There was a line, which is expected because it's dinner rush. Everyone was working and moving. The audacity this chubby little man in basketball ball shorts had to yell at the cashier that they weren't moving fast enough and that their job isn't that difficult. His mask muffled the rest of his rant as he was on the phone crying as he waited for the rest of his carry out order. The staff handled it with class and professionalism and continued to serve the rest of the customers with friendly attitudes and smiles. The line moved quickly and the carry out orders were also moving at a decent pace.“

“It’s Fall in Maryland and maple is in full bloom. Full bloom? Yes. Ordered breakfast with maple on my croissant. Wow. What a fantastic taste treat. The potatoes were just as tasty. Will be back. The lady taking our order made our day. What a pleasant person she is.

“The staff were frustrated and overwhelmed in challenges I could tell but why wouldn't they on a night of a storm and electricity keep flickering or actually going off!! They offered to give us the food at no cost but we just couldn't do that everybody was working as a team refreshing to see and customer service was great“

“As far as food from an establishment like this you kinda know what to expect but every time I've been there the food has been hot and fresh. The service was amazing on multiple occasions and the experience here was better than any other local McDonald's. Keep up the good work. You may not know it but you stand out amongst an overpopulated chain of the same brand that I personally consider terrible. I'll keep showing up. Thank you“
