“Great old school spot to get some burgers and ice cream!!!“

“Very good. Had a bunch of kids with me and the playground kept them busy and that was good. The staff and manager on site at the time I went in didn't yell*** or scream, so it was overall good at this time and day(it was a night but on a weekend), so it was fine overall. Good job cashier and manager on site.“

“I go to various Chick-fil-As during my travels. They are typically good and the Aberdeen location is no different. That being said, I went in tonight for dinner and waited in line behind an much older gentleman who was telling the cashier war stories. The young cashier, Kam, was handling it very well. He was very professional in the face of a very unusual conversation given that it was a fast food ordering line. Not once did he brush the older gentleman off but he and his coworkers were able to get the line moving again in a respectful manner. While waiting on my food I observed he extended the same positive and professional attitude to everyone he served. His parents should be proud and Chick-fil-A should recognize and reward his above and beyond attitude. I will definitely continue to come back here.“

“Cannot say i have had one bad experience at this location. Food is always fresh. Treated decently by employees. Great service all around. Suggest going inside to order if you are in a hurry. As with most chic fil as, the drive through can get quite long!“

“In a world where reporters and friends complain of the horrific state of customer service, there is the gem that is the Aberdeen, MD Taco Bell. The food is exactly as one would expect, but it is the friendliness of the entire staff that sets this place e apart.

You are greeted like you’re an old friend. When food is delivered, there are smiles and joy everywhere. The staff seems to get along, and they extend that to their customers.

This is not a one-off, either. Every single time I come here, it is the same.“

“5 stars really because of the night manager. His customer service is always top tier when I pull through the drive through. The food is ok, sometimes the fries could be warmer and crunchier or the drinks can be filled to the top. You know the usual things“

“If you are on base and want something good head on over. All the sides I've had were good. Pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwich is great. Co worker had the general burger said that was top notch. Hush puppies are great. I cant complain at all here.“

“Great Arbys experience. I haven't had arbys in a while but had an old gift card. Food is reasonably priced. My wife ordered two sliders and a wrap and they were around 10 dollars and so was my meal. I had a Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich and it was so fresh and hot, cheese was melted and pulled. Healthy amount of ham on top. Fries were crispy. My experience might of been different if they didn't just open an hour before, but the fry oil did taste a little used or old. The service was quick, I was the only one in there at the time and the cashier was kind.“

“A great favorite fast food restaurant that has familiar food and a good variety of new Menu items to keep things interesting.

This store has always been a great experience. Never really busy when I have been there. This is beneficial if you don't like large groups.

Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

The food was delicious as always fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service I received the employee that handed me my bag, Mikayla. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my order, greeting me with a warm smile and a genuinely positive attitude.“

While there having dinner with my daughter, his interaction with a customer impressed me so much, I feel I had to let the Management know. Don't lose this gentleman, he's amazing with customers and knows the menu and makes recommendations which align with the customer's. “Went there to pick up their fried chicken special! The chicken is delicious!!! The workers here are friendly, make eye contact, and know how to interact with customers. The store is immaculate, floors are clean, not sticky! The displays of items are stocked, straight, and easy to read, etc. Parking lot is clean. Love their loyalty program! Paying for items is streamlined, fast, and cashier is friendly and pleasant.“

“Came in tried using the app to dine in, but it wasn’t working so tried using the kiosk and couldn’t customize. Without saying anything Gerardo noticed and approached us took our order at the counter discounted our meal offering to customize our order in the kitchen and before i was even settled in to my seat he was bringing our order out . When we opened the wrapper the sandwiches looked like an advertisement and was hot and delicious. Incredible service!!“

“The staff were frustrated and overwhelmed in challenges I could tell but why wouldn't they on a night of a storm and electricity keep flickering or actually going off!! They offered to give us the food at no cost but we just couldn't do that everybody was working as a team refreshing to see and customer service was great“

“Totally kicking myself for declining a receipt but figured I’d leave feedback here. I haven’t been to this location before but this was hands down THE BEST BK experience I’ve ever had. Ever. I believe her name was Samya who helped me, she was so nice and personable, informed me my sauces would be extra and asked if that was okay. She was fast, accurate, funny and nice. Very professional. I also had Laura hand my food out, she was very nice and polite, my food came out very quickly and she even asked if I needed any other condiments! All I ordered was fries and sauce but they were piping hot in the best way, 10/10 all around for everyone involved in getting my midday snack. Keep up the good work and make sure these employees know they’re appreciated!!!“
