“The Atlee High school choirs would love to thank you and our delivery driver for coming to our rescue with pizzas. After breaking down on a trip from New York back home to Virginia, we had been sitting there for 4 hrs with 42 teenagers who had not eaten since breakfast. No other place would deliver because they felt it was too dangerous but Zorba’s did!! The driver was amazing and brought us food, napkins and plates. He was so kind and all the kids cheered when he arrived. Thank you so so much!!!“

“I’ve been coming to Pats for as long as I can remember. About 8 years ago it became a regular thing for my husband and I. We met our favorite server around then and are so grateful to get to continue going back and getting amazing quality service. Heather is an amazing asset to Pats. No matter day or night when she’s on the floor running the dinning room, our dinning experience is A+. Sad to see she’s no longer on tables on Wednesday’s we were so surprised. But that didn’t stop us, we just come on the weekends. We visit on her shifts only so we know we are guaranteed top notch service. She knows the menu front to back, always has any answers to our questions we need and always serves us with a smile and awesome attitude. Once I returned to work to enjoy my lunch, they took the extra steps to wrap the souffle cups with my vinegar and oil, napkins, plasticware were all included.

Several of his employees have also been there for as long as we’ve been going. Is probably best to order in-person vice phone as place is often busy….which can result in misunderstandings or incorrect orders.“

When I heard the prices I was expecting not so good pizza and I was completely mistaken. The pizza toppings were huge and NOT greasy at all. “This location is often understaffed and you can tell the employees have been through it, but you come to them with a smile and they always are down to earth and helpful beyond expectation. I've had more than my fair share of odd requests met.

Of all the Lil Caesars I've had in the county, this one has the best tasting and best quality pizza. It's worth the long wait which tends to happen, but again they get swamped often with few there at a time. Any mess ups have been fixed with speed.“

Mistakes happen but the helpful service from the employee and correcting the issue is what's most important. That was all done professionally and well. “I initially called the location and placed an order over the phone. When I called back to check on the status of my order, I was informed that there was no order under my name. I explained multiple times that the payment had already been processed and the money was taken from my card, but I was repeatedly told that no order existed.

I called back a second time and spoke with a manager named Lara or Lori. Unfortunately, this interaction was very unprofessional. She was dismissive, spoke over me, and did not allow me to explain the situation. When I politely asked for her name, she said it very quickly and then hung up on me. She also stated that she was “not stealing my money” and told me that my only option was to contact corporate.

At this point, the funds have been deducted from my card, I did not receive my order, and I was treated rudely while trying to resolve the issue.“
