“I’m in Maryland on a work trip and coming from Texas, I take my tacos seriously and Bubba Coo’s Burritos at Clarksburg Mall absolutely delivered. I was helped by the manager, Brendan, and his customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

I asked him what he personally likes to order and told him to make it the way he would for himself. He hooked me up with birria tacos and chips with salsa, and everything was phenomenal. The tacos were packed with flavor, cooked perfectly, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in a while.

Great food, great atmosphere, and top-tier customer service. Brendan really made the experience memorable. If you’re in the area, this spot is definitely worth stopping by. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.“

“Moved to Germantown 3 and half months ago and came here for the first time last night, Judith was our waitress and she was great! Service was fast, food was amazing, the staff were great..even the security people! We got to witness 3 birthday celebrations they do and the performance is quick & fun!! Ricardo came by at the end of our meal to make sure we were good and helped pack our leftovers to go! Great things to say about this place and will definitely be returning. My son and I pass by this place every week so we finally had to stop. And I am glad we did.

They do mainly a 3 taco plate. Choice of the usual meats. We decided on chicken and steak. Both were great, though I wish that the steak was cut into strips and not cubes. Just a preference. You could get them more American though we chose without the extras. Presentation and taste were excellent.

If you drive up, please note that it takes about 10 minutes for them to cook your meal. Not a problem at all.

My son and his friends go there without me. Love that my son is frequenting local business. And his friends love the food, too, which is great.

“Food can be inconsistent and located out front of a gas station now, but the tacos and Quesadillas that I've had are generally good a reasonably priced. Birria has largely been delicious when ordered. Haven't had an issue with language barrier when ordering in person.“

“I live in king farm MD and the Baja Fresh here is the best as the ladies who serve are super kind, patient, helpful. I find the person taking the order always very sweet. Of course, I love their food and my favorite is their chicken fajitas.“

“The best hole-in-the-wall Mexican place in Gaithersburg. However the staff plays loud music on all the TVs, loud enough they can hear it from the kitchen... but as a customer you have to sit by those TVs and the noise is unpleasant. Meals here are fantastic, they just can't last too long on account of the noise.“

I visited Café Rio this past Wednesday after going to Trader Joe’s, and I had an excellent experience. I love Mexican food, and when I saw Café Rio right in front of me, I decided to give it a try ,and it was definitely the right choice!

The food was delicious, everything was super fresh, and the portions were very generous — more than enough for one person. The salad was especially amazing: fresh, crisp, and full of flavor.

The atmosphere was great, with good music, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly, guided us through the menu, and you could tell they were enjoying their shift.

I went with my family, and we had a really lovely time. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!“

“It's a decent Mexican style chain, very similar to all the rest. Went for carryout and got a burrito and quesadilla. It was a lot of food for the price. The aluminum makes it easy to reheat but next time I will skip the sour cream and use my own at home after reheating. I'm sure it would be fine dining in
I also surprised my wife with two enchiladas. She likes the chicken but not the steak.“

“Best pupusas ive had here in Md. Great quality. Pupusas came out hot! And fresh. Let me say ive been to various pupuserias like in wheaton, langley park but this one in my opinion topped them off. That said i can only say that for the pupusas. The burrito were ok since they went heavy on the rice.“

I ordered two bowls today since their customer support gave me two free entrees which I’m thankful they made it up to me. I will say that the bowls taste better today than the last time I ordered and that the workers on the line were nice and made the pick up easy, but I still think there’s lack in flavor unfortunately.“

“I am an absolute fan of this taco truck, I’ve probably ordered somewhere between 60-100 tacos in the last year, I put all of my friends on to this place because of the authenticity, I only give it four stars because in the last two weeks of ordering tacos, my orders have been accepted and “made” according to Uber Eats and for two Fridays in a row, my uber driver did not deliver my food so im not sure if this is an issue with the restaurant or with uber but im highly upset. I order tacos around my work schedule and to order tacos and then find out they’re not being delivered AFTER they’re closed feels like betrayal im not going to lie.“

“This place is excellent for the price point and generous serving sizes. Tonight a group of my friends unexpectedly arrived at this restaurant with a party of 10+ people and Carmen was so accommodating for us. We really appreciate her taking us in and providing us with a great send off dinner for some of our friends leaving the state. The food came out hot, the drinks were good, and overall it was an experience Im glad we got to have. If you're looking for a casual sit down restaurant in Germantown, MD then this is the spot!

What I Ordered:

The Pollo Saltado: The portion sizes were good on the chicken, potatoes, and veggies but the only criticism I have is that the rice could have had a bit more flavor.

The Maragarita de la Casa: Great margarita with a good kick to it. I would have had another, but unfortunately had to drive home.

Got the horchata - the free refills were a nice bonus. My biggest complaint was the bathrooms were locked with a pin pad and no instructions on how to get a code or anything. A little frustrating that after my meal, I couldn’t easily use the restroom.“

“I bought a surprise bad using the Too Good To Go app. It is a great way to save money and also prevent good food/supplies from being thrown away. It is reasonable and convenient, no need to cook.

The customer service was good. The cashier was pleasant and the food was delivered promptly.
