“The food here is amazing! It was so hard to choose what to eat because they have so many options. I decided to build my own burrito bowl and get a bunch of different sauces on the side to try. All the sauces are 5 stars, but I still dream about the mango habanero sauce. My group got a variety of items to try including the quesadillas, tacos, and burritodillas - all great options. I didn't realize they have curly fries and desserts (hello boardwalk cookies!), so I'll definitely be adding those to my order next time. I'll also add that even though they were super busy when I went, the staff were so nice, and were able to get through orders quickly. If there's a line, definitely wait - it will be worth it!“

My son and I pass by this place every week so we finally had to stop. And I am glad we did.

They do mainly a 3 taco plate. Choice of the usual meats. We decided on chicken and steak. Both were great, though I wish that the steak was cut into strips and not cubes. Just a preference. You could get them more American though we chose without the extras. Presentation and taste were excellent.

If you drive up, please note that it takes about 10 minutes for them to cook your meal. Not a problem at all.

My son and his friends go there without me. Love that my son is frequenting local business. And his friends love the food, too, which is great.

“Food can be inconsistent and located out front of a gas station now, but the tacos and Quesadillas that I've had are generally good a reasonably priced. Birria has largely been delicious when ordered. Haven't had an issue with language barrier when ordering in person.“

But that was just the beginning. Dora continued to impress with her exceptional service, bringing my food to me and checking in later to see if I needed anything else. When I mentioned I was taking my food to go, she even brought everything I needed to pack up my meal and salsa. I got the pick 2 fajitas with steak and shrimp, an extra side of carntas with a small chips and queso, which was very tasty and a nice sized portion. However the staff plays loud music on all the TVs, loud enough they can hear it from the kitchen... but as a customer you have to sit by those TVs and the noise is unpleasant. Meals here are fantastic, they just can't last too long on account of the noise.“

I visited Café Rio this past Wednesday after going to Trader Joe’s, and I had an excellent experience. I love Mexican food, and when I saw Café Rio right in front of me, I decided to give it a try ,and it was definitely the right choice!

The food was delicious, everything was super fresh, and the portions were very generous — more than enough for one person. The salad was especially amazing: fresh, crisp, and full of flavor.

The atmosphere was great, with good music, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly, guided us through the menu, and you could tell they were enjoying their shift.

I went with my family, and we had a really lovely time. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!“

Got the birra, nice heavy tacos, double tortilla and the au'jus was decent.

“Ordered from Cafe Rio,Buckeystown for a large equestrian event/competitors party in late June. First, our delivery location was going to be a challenge. Called the store to let them know I'd meet the driver and lead them up to where the set up would be. The crew did an excellent job setting up the warming trays, sterno, and food. Once I announced it was time for Nachos and Tacos, the place was packed with happy people. Everyone loved the food, and fortunately for us, left little to clean up. “I am an absolute fan of this taco truck, I’ve probably ordered somewhere between 60-100 tacos in the last year, I put all of my friends on to this place because of the authenticity, I only give it four stars because in the last two weeks of ordering tacos, my orders have been accepted and “made” according to Uber Eats and for two Fridays in a row, my uber driver did not deliver my food so im not sure if this is an issue with the restaurant or with uber but im highly upset. I order tacos around my work schedule and to order tacos and then find out they’re not being delivered AFTER they’re closed feels like betrayal im not going to lie.“

I will say that the bowls taste better today than the last time I ordered and that the workers on the line were nice and made the pick up easy, but I still think there’s lack in flavor unfortunately.“

“We were initially reluctant to try this place because my son is vegetarian. So we were surprised by how much vegetarian options they had, not just sides. My son had the veggie burrito but they also had a veggie platter, veggie quesadillas, veggie empanadas, and taco salad (ask for no chicken). My husband had the salcipapa, which is a Peruvian street snack of sausages and fries. Nice clean sitting area too.“

The line can result in a wait but it usually moves quickly. I’ve visited mostly on weekends including when stopping at the nearby Wegmans for a grocery run. Plenty of convenient parking.“
