There is not an online review that can do justice to the absolute power of the music that we heard or how it met the moment exactly. Thank you to the venue owners and managers for organizing such an incredible performance. We loved the space, friendly service, fellow audience members and the ease of ticketing and entry. This was right by the metro station and it was simple to get there. I highly recommend catching an event here even if you don't live close by. You will be so glad you went!“

I was immediately greeted when I walked in. Even with me not realizing I had got there before closing they treated me like the first customer of the day.

I didn't take any photos because they really do care about the quality and presentation of their food. Just look at the other photos taken by others it's always delivered like that I'de imagine from my experience.

Lastly the food was so good I mean... the best I have had in a long time. I barely left anything on my plate.

Bonus round: I requested mac and cheese and they would not serve it to me because it did not come out the way they wanted it to. ( Also it was near closing time so they were out of a few sides) That meant a lot to me. Blessing to this amazing spot and I hope others enjoy what I got to experience and taste.“

“I placed a big order for Thanksgiving 🦃 and got around 50 wings 🍗 and fries 🍟. The wings came in 5 different flavors, and we were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality! With such a large order, we expected the wings to be soggy, but they were actually super crunchy and packed with flavor 😋👏.

The only downside was that the order came with just one container of ranch dipping sauce 😕, but the staff was really attentive, which made up for it 👍. The food was fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend coming here if you’re craving amazing bone-in wings! 🔥🍴“

“What a welcoming little Ethiopian coffee shop! Once a market, Dire Coffee opened in 2020. Family-owned, Dire Coffee serves Ethiopian coffee beans in all different ways- black coffee, lattes, and more. I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte. It came out hot and strong. The woman behind the register, who's the wife of the owner, asked how sweet I wanted my latte. She was very kind!

To eat, they have a variety of food. I ordered one sambusa and it was filled with lentils. It hit the spot!

“First time coming here and wow! The broth tastes very authentic and really enjoyed the sushi taco. The seaweed was crispy and wrapped nicely with the food that was inside. They also have udon as an option for noodles but you’ll have to pay extra, not by much though. The atmosphere is also very lovely!“

I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in because they're were several people taking orders. Not only that but the Crabs were done already. I've never seen that before. “I was at the spot last night, and honestly, I wasn’t going to say anything because I know how hard it is to run a business. I’m not the type to leave bad reviews, but this experience was hard to ignore.
There was a short, dark-skinned guy behind the counter. He was on his phone the whole time while taking my order, barely said anything, and when my food was ready, he just handed me the bag without a word, no “thank you” no “do you need any sauces” nothing. Then he walked off to a spot near the pizza prep table, away from where my food had been made, still on the phone, just chatting like nothing happened. I’ve never experienced that kind of service in any restaurant.
What really bothered me is my wife had the same experience a while back—same guy, same rude energy. I didn’t think much of it then, but seeing it firsthand changed that.
I’m an African American man, and I actually enjoy supporting places like this.
Me and my family buy from here often and we like the food, but service like that? It pushes people away. I’m saying this with respect, not hate. I hope it helps things improve.“

And when you ask for it, they don't want to give it to you. And even when they have given it to me, they do it as if it were a courtesy. It's included in the price. “My boyfriend and I met at Tex’s Deli today for lunch since he works around the area, and we love a little bodega vibe. The food and ambience exceeded my expectations— our club sandwich and chicken+cheese sub looked EXACTLY like they did on the menu and were full of flavor. Portion sizes are great for its price, there’s a large tv that was streaming sports channels, and a pool table with just enough room to balance it all out. “We just got into town and first stop we ordered a cauliflower crust pizza and a LIFO salad. We went shopping at the Giant as they made our dinner. We decided to eat there and they provided plates and silverware. The pizza was as good as always with plenty of toppings and the salad was delicious and a very big portion. The next day we chopped the leftover salad and added garbanzos and black olives and enjoyed it again. I had leftover pizza for 2 breakfasts. Really friendly people and really good food. Lots of parking in the lot.“

“What a nice meal! We ordered our meal to go and it took about a half hour to prepare. I got the Ocean Catch #A, which came in a big plastic bag! Perfectly cooked crab legs and shrimp and the seafood legend sauce was very tasty - it tasted like a mix of Cajun seasoning, garlic and butter. I got the mild spice level, which was flavorful but not hot. The potato and corn that it came with were also good. The seafood catches and boils seen to be the specialty and mine was worth the money. My husband's salmon was good but unexciting and would have benefited from some of the same seasoning as mine. It was also a small portion for the price. However, his New England clam chowder was thick and flavorful. My five year old had the fried white fish and seemed content with it. Although we did not eat in the restaurant, it was well decorated and looked inviting - hopefully I will be able to eat there in person soon!
