The pad see ew at Aroy Thai Restaurant was the highlight of our meal. The noodles were wide, chewy, and nicely coated in a savory sauce, with plenty of crisp vegetables and tender protein throughout. We also shared an order of spring rolls, which had a nice crunch and paired well with the sweet dipping sauce. Everything was flavorful without being overly heavy, making it a really satisfying Thai dinner.
To be fair, I have only done take-outs here. I like their food and especially their Massaman curry. The spice level lives up to the setting, and the curries do not disappoint.
