“Ordered a jumbo-size pizza from a college-town pizzeria, so I wasn't expecting fine dining. 😂 The customer service was impeccable, everyone was very friendly, and the premises were clean, so no complaints there.

Now, the pizza... 🍕😂 This thing was so greasy, I swear it came with a side of oil. The pizza was huge, but there was absolutely no toaster to it. The grease was so heavy that I could still taste the oil the next morning. 😂

I can forgive a little grease on a late-night college-town pizza, but when the oil makes it to breakfast the next morning, that's taking commitment to a whole new level. 😂 Hopefully they ease up on the oil next time!“

“Always a reliable go-to for quick, tasty food and genuinely friendly service. The staff is consistently polite and efficient, and the food comes out fresh every time. I usually get the classic chicken strips and chicken sandwiches- both are crispy, juicy, and just really satisfying. The waffle fries are a must, they are actually the only fries I will eat (I love the half Toto have waffle ones) and their sauces are some of the best out there. Great place when you want fast food that has a lot of protein, always crispy, and you know is reliably good!“

“This was our first time visiting Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken, and all I can say is… wow! We can’t believe it took us this long to try it because it was absolutely amazing.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the incredible smell of fresh doughnuts, and we immediately knew we were in for a treat. The doughnuts were soft, fluffy, incredibly fresh, and perfectly sweet. We loved that there was such a great variety of flavors, from classic favorites to unique seasonal creations. It was honestly hard to choose because everything looked delicious.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making our first visit even more enjoyable. Even with other customers coming in, the service was quick, and everyone was so helpful.

“I was surprised to see Pupusas on the menu but happy I got one! The chicken was savory, rice delicious. The pupusa was on point! The cutillo (cabbage) was fresh.

My only gripe is the smoke from the kitchen. Even though it’s minimal, it’s still notable.“

“Blind customer: if you catch a Uber, ask the driver to let you off in the parking lot just to the left of the entrance. There are 2 to 3 stairs going up with the entrance to your immediate left. Once inside walk straight ahead to the counter. They’re seating for dine in to your left and right. I’ve been eating at this restaurant since 2013. The food is excellent! The family is very kind! I highly recommend this place to anyone.“

From the leasing office to the concierge desk to the maintenance and facilities teams, everyone treats you like family. They care, and it shows in the small things: a warm welcome when you walk in, a quick response when something needs fixing, and the sense that you are known, not just another resident. Great people make this place feel like home.

The apartment itself is beautiful. The industrial aesthetic gives the space real character without feeling cold. My view of the Capitol is amazing, and the location could not be better. I am moments from H Street, Union Station, and Union Market, so restaurants, transit, and the rest of the neighborhood are right outside the door.

Crispy, airy outside with a hot, sweet, ube rich filling. The spaghetti has a seeet tang and was delightfully unique. The chicken definitely competes with some of the best like Popeyes. His entire team was warm, polite and made us feel welcome- especially Michael who first took our order. He even made me a special coffee for my long trip post meal. The whole team Pitched in to help us find our son’s missing stuffed animal and while we didn’t find it, the effort put in was tremendous. We are unsure if someone in the community picked up a small stuffed black cat at this location but we are offering a reward if anyone did and can mail it to us. Little did I know it would be one of the best plates I’ve had EVER! I had the chicken wings with O.G. Hot Sauce. OMG!!! The crispy breading. The flavor. The tender meat. I couldn’t stop licking my fingers. The waffle fries were well seasoned and fresh. I enjoyed myself thoroughly.
