“If you ever want to know where I’m at the start of each day, just know you can find me here. This is the best dunkin I’ve ever been to, hands down. The service to start was impeccable, and the nicest staff. Brisedia, the manager, couldn’t have been more helpful. Answered all my questions regarding my allergies. And furthermore, I was amazed with my coffee. Would recommend to any morning breakfast goer!!!!“
“The workers work very hard here and do the best they can. They are very professional with a lot of rude customers. This place is a small kiosk located within an apartment complex; it's a lot smaller than most Dunkins.This is not the place to make large orders, nor is it a good idea to go there on lunch break. There is a large volume of orders since it is in a place with a lot of students, as well as the popular Bagel Place across the street which unfortunately closed down last year. At 9am-1pm seems to be the busiest; you'll be waiting a while for your food, but they do manage to get everything done as fast as they can.“
“Been here about a dozen times over 6 months with average customer service. Food quality is exactly what you expect when you order Dunkin’s; sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe shhh.
Today 1/29/25 my wife and I went inside and ordered food and drinks for both of us. Only one other customer in the store and they had already been helped. There was only one young gentleman working and he paid attention to us while we ordered, didn’t have earbuds in, and actually made our food and drinks with care instead of just slapping it together and moving on to the next customer.
Most times when you get bacon on a sandwich, the employees will just throw the bacon on without separating it so some bites you’re chomping through 3 pcs of bacon all folded in half and others you get none at all because you ripped it all out with your first bite. This young man took the time to separate the bacon, made sure the cheese was roughly centered and not half off and folded around the sandwich. Overall the food was great, coffee and tea were average at best - not entirely his fault, kinda losing interest in Dunkin’s coffee as of late.
3 more customers showed up and he kept his cool and continued to make each order with care instead of being flustered and rushing. We plan to go back and compliment him later.

“I am not sure if the kiosk is not reliable or it's user error. I have tried twice to use it but the second time I focused on accurately adding the amount of sugar I wanted but it didn't go through because the barista served my coffee with no sugar and looking at the receipt it didn't have any sugar amount. She begrudgingly added the sugar for me.The coffee is always tasty.“
