“I don't know what the policy pertains to but I went here at 11:20 waited knocked on the window didn't get help at all went to the drive threw and got told I could not order from manager cause I didn't have a car that makes no sense I would think that if a restaurant wants to make money they would be able to take the order I would want. So I think regional manager needs to speak to manager on shift and tell that is lost of money. The manager told me it was cause of safety issues that she couldn't take the order horrible service didn't even get a smile and couldn't order due to this. Please fix this issue upper management. So I ended up going to your competition and they where able to take my order at 11:35pm“

One employee in particular by the name of Charlie was quite popular as longtime customers piled in to say hello or catch up while he prepared an array of food items to include the fried foods. Mimi wanted to try the fried chicken breast (she loves chicken) and initially I was told there was a 15 minute wait, a customer ahead of me stated it’s definitely worth the wait as he smiled. So having a free day off, I waited and I am so glad that I did! The chicken breast also has the wing attached and it’s placed piping hot between two slices of “cheap white sliced bread”. I was asked how I would like it so I responded as many others before me did: salt, pepper and hot sauce? When I say that was the most perfectly seasoned, fried and juiciest chicken breast I have ever had (5/5). They are a food stand opened early and closes early only M-F! “Every year before 2025, Clyde's is decorated for the season and very beautiful. This year a small tree by the door and that was it. What happened to all the beautiful poinsettias? Disappointing. Service was a little lacking in comparison to my other many visits as well. Duroc Pork Milanese was terrific though--great job in the kitchen and from the bartenders.“

But I wanted to recognize an employee. The cashier who helped me today absolutely deserves a review. I think his name is Octavius (from the receipt, I forgot to ask his name). He was a young gentleman with red locs, a heart of gold and a bright future.

He was friendly, upbeat, and kind from the second I walked inside. He took my order quickly, got everything right and somehow made a fast food stop feel like stopping by family's house instead of just a transaction. He also did the same with several customers who came in and some seemed to be regulars who recognize him and love having him as the cashier. He

“I always smell the chicken from this place when I drive by. It smells wonderful, I decided to stop and try them. I got two pieces of chicken, fries, biscuits, and mumbo sauce. “This is my second time here. The service is friendly, food made to order and hot and fresh. The drinks are refreshing, this time I tried the strawberry lemonade and it was delicious. As far as food my sister loved the chicken sandwich and fries. I loved my seafood boil. The price is worth the love put into the food.“

I always call in advance and my food is always ready in “20 mins”.

I ordered the Fajita Mixta, which comes with chopped chicken, steak, and shrimp (4 pieces).

Honestly, this flavor is unmatched.

Only things I don't like is paying .35cent per extra sauce because I love sauce, so that's easily an extra $1-2, and not being able to sit in and eat “comfortably”. Please don't expect to be able dine-in.
