“I had to stop eating to post my appreciation for this restaurant. This is my second time patronizing them: first time I sat in for a quick bite with my sister, and this time I ordered for pick up. Both times service was quick and friendly. The restaurant itself is simple, almost cafeteria-like, but the staff is kind and accomodating....and the soups are delicious! So delicious that I stopped after 2 sips to write this review. 🫶🏾“

“After eating BonChon Columbia, last Friday, my friend suggested getting drinks here. We ordered Wow Tea with red bean, less sweet. The staff noticed that my friend was holding a carryout bag from BonChon and she gave us upgrade size drinks, and added tapioca bubbles to our drinks! It was at that point that I had seen an advertisement at BonChon for Kung Fu Tea. Realized same owner! Great customer service!“

“This is a super cozy tea and pastry shop located in the old town ellicott city. Love the interior decors mixed mainly with pink and plum colors. Fairly clean.
Service was efficient and friendly.
With nearby free parking lot.
Here are what We ordered:
- blueberry honey smoothie, light, delicious & refreshing
- hot ginger tea, love the fresh ginger in my tea, but a little too much honey for my personal taste, will tell them to go light on it next time, but the tea was good.
- pumpkin cheese cake, yummy, crumby, light, creamy, tasted better when it warmed up to room temperature.

“I have been thinking about my drink since I finished it 3 days ago. I tried the new Biscoff Milk Tea and it's absolutely amazing. I hope they keep this flavor or at least bring it back next year. The store itself is beautiful inside. I love the decor and the speed of service.“

Royal Tea is amazing. The drinks are always delicious, with unique and creative flavors that make it genuinely hard to choose just one.
We tried several other highly rated spots nearby, but there's always something missing. At Royal Tea, everything just hits perfectly — from the taste and texture of the boba to the quality of the drinks.
The atmosphere is super cute and welcoming, and the owners are incredibly nice and friendly. You can tell they care about their customers and their craft. They make fresh boba everyday and never use left over. If you are first time, ask them to suggest.
My friends and their kids love the drink soooo much, that they don’t want to even try other places.
We find ourselves coming back again and again — it’s truly our go-to spot.
If you haven’t tried Royal Tea yet, you’re missing out.

“One of the hidden gem bubble tea places around, and it sets itself apart from the generic bbt places with their cheese slush drinks. There is a very generous amount of cheese foam, and although the drinks are a bit more expensive than other places, the quality is much better and the options are interesting. I especially like the Passion fruit cheese slush and the Grape cheese slush!“

“I liked TKK very much. Their chicken is same as in Taiwan and very juicy. There are many people in NYC like it. When I arrived TKK in NYC, there are A LOT people here. Finally, the location is very good. When you arrive 23 street subway station, just cross road and walk for 1 min. You will arrive TKK.“

“I think I just found my new favorite chicken place! Tender pieces made for eating on the go, just like at a street market. Pleasantly salty, and perfectly spicy. Their fries are very tasty as well. The price is very reasonable and a great value. Honestly, one order of chicken is enough for two people to split, but you'll be fighting for that last morsel! I highly recommend Jumbo Jumbo!“

“Fast and ultimately left me happily surprised. I wasn't expecting much for Thai tea, especially when it's a small stand at the mall where they normally don't have time or space for a variety of teas. I was a bit scared when I got it almost immediately since typically that means it's just going to be black tea with a bit of Thai flavoring. To my surprise it did in fact taste like Thai tea is supposed to taste. I wish I could've gotten an XL. You can tell this isn't one of those tea shops that are trying to just hop on the milk tea hype train. They don't need fancy collabs like other places because the tea speaks for itself. I wish everyone who helped make my tea today nothing but luck and happiness throughout 2026.“
