A few days ago I was unsure of how to use the app so instead I called in an order. The worker named Will helped me out over the phone and careful explained recommendations/popular items without ever making me free rushed despite my call being about 10 minutes. Beyond that he was warm and friendly when I picked up my order at the takeout counter. 10/10“

“We visited at 6:30 on a Friday night at thr end of June and while the restaurant was busy, we only had to wait a few minutes to be seated as a table of four. Our server Brittny was friendly, attentive and checked in regularly. The one thing that was a little off was the timing of the food. The bread sticks came out, then the child's meal, then the salad, then the appetizer, then the main meals. The food was good. It's a chain restaurant so nothing was great, but it was all good. Overall a good experience.“

“I decided on lasagna and meatballs for lunch. For whatever reason, the Columbia location didn’t have lasagna, so I went to the Arundel Mills location. I am very pleased with my decision. I used curbside and didn’t have to wait for service. The employee came with a smile and my food. My food was ample and tasty. The quality was as though I was sitting inside for service. I will definitely use this location again. Thanks for a positive experience.“

“Is this the best pupuseria in Laurel? For me, YES!

I placed a take out order, I got the beans and cheese pupusas. It was a long wait but the outcome was UHMAZING! The pupusas were stuffed to the max, love that! I got a free Horchata on the house cuz of the long wait so that was nice. Everyone was very friendly!

“Came for a delivery 9 am appt in a door and out in 30 mins. Was a partial load and no other trucks attempting deliveries. But I did overnight with no issue.

Blue circle was a couple spots open at night to back into.

Red circle For Panera check in is in corner of building no signs. Just a door with a doorbell. The other company that operates out the same building check in is in front of building.

Four stars because no real signage and didn’t see a bathroom. I pulled into left side coming off the road but makes sense to pull into the right side that way you don’t have to turn around once in the back but if you over night well you’ll have to spin the truck around anyways.“

“I've eaten pho only twice in my life... both times at the new spot on Main St., Pho Viet 75. My review: Taste is consistent. Quality is consistent. Portions are excellent. Presentation 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Packaging 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 You get a container with broth, chicken and onions. Another container with the noodles, a baggie with drop-in pho condiments. I also ordered 2 spring rolls that came in the container with the lettuce, but I ate them before thinking of taking pics. My bad. The little saucies are for flavoring which you completely are in control of. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend Likely to return Will recommend to a friend Covid-19 compliant I felt that they were relieved I ordered on-line because we didn't have to exchange any money. “This Panera store has the best team ever.
Nowadays, there is not such thing as a Perfect service anywhere.
Nevertheless, I have been in several Panera’s across the region and here I have gotten the best Service, Even though, sometimes I don’t get the order one hundred percent as I want it, I always receive prompt possible service with a skile.

Kudos to the wonderful people in the kitchen and preparation areas and for Mrs Lucy at the front.

I haven’t tried the drive thru yet.

When employees work in such cohesive environment it reflects a great management .
