Starbucks in Columbia

“The girl who took my order was really sweet & helpful. I have gotten oatmeal multiple times before at Starbucks and never knew there was an option to add fresh blueberries until she suggested it. When I was standing there waiting for my drink the other girl asked what I was waiting on. Give these young ladies working Mar 7th early afternoon a raise for their 5 stars for their service.“

“This is the closest Starbucks to my home, but I'd go out of my way to order here anyway knowing what I know. I have one of 'those' drinks. A very specific order, and this location nails it every single time. I wish we could tip through the app because at this point, I owe them a big one for always getting it just right. Even though I pick mine up, someone always acknowledges me and smiles in my direction.“

“You know what you are getting with Starbucks. This store moved from one corner to the other corner of the little shopping area so that it could incorporate a drive-through. I haven't used the drive-through, however at the times I've been there, the line doesn't seem too bad. I almost exclusively order ahead using the app so that my coffee and sometimes breakfast sandwich is ready when I get there. Most of the time everything is ready and I can walk in and out and I love this convenience. There have been a few times where my order was "taken by accident." The staff has noticed me standing around waiting and any time this has happened, they remake my drink for me. It is super annoying to have to wait, but I really appreciate the staff's effort to make a replacement.“

“This store seems to take pride in serving their drinks a little faster than others. Store is clean and in good working order. Baristas are courteous and knowledgeable. Always a friendly face to match with the service. Get your drinks here !!“
