“We had an excellent experience at LongHorn Steakhouse in Columbia, MD, especially given that we came in with a large party of 16. The staff was able to accommodate us without issue, which we truly appreciated.

Our waitress did an outstanding job—she kept all of the orders organized and accurate despite the size of our group, checked on us consistently, and made sure refills were provided without us having to ask. The food came out promptly and hot, and everything was exactly as ordered.

Overall, the service was smooth, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Managing a large party isn’t easy, but they handled it seamlessly. We had a great experience!“

“I took my dad tonight for Father’s Day and it was very busy. We were told an hour and half wait so we waited. From the crew at the reservation desk to the lady who took is us to our table and Evan our waiter everything was awesome. Even with being crazy busy service was great and food was great. “We had the fried green tomatoes as our first appetizer. They were tender and topped with lumps of crabmeat. Spectacular! Then we had the fried cheese appetizer. I can’t remember the name of the cheese, but it was delicious in the accompanying sauce and olive oil and pesto. All of the dishes we had came out perfect. My filet medallions were so tender,they melted in my mouth. Hubby got the pork loin over mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts and loved it. We will definitely come back!“

I'm overseas and called the restaurant to pay for my family while they are there....unfortunately my credit card declined since I'm overseas and the manager Xavier (EC,MD) took it upon himself and paid for them himself! I used to work at Outback back in the day and their hospitality has not changed. well done!!!“

“We had an amazing dining experience recently when 3 of us decided to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel where we were staying. I am so glad we chose Longhorn. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. “Made a quick run to LongHorn for a steak on my lunch break and it was great. I always forget that I’m not really a fan of their mashed potatoes, yet I somehow still end up ordering them every time. That one’s on me.

Service was great overall. This was a pickup order, so we didn’t stay and eat in, but everything was ready on time and still hot.“

“Bestie and I took advantage of restaurant week and went for dinner. Our server Jonathan was amazing. Very attentive. Also informative and helpful with my menu questions ☺️. Had an issue with my steak and he remedied it quickly. Management came and addressed the issue, which was a bonus. For drinks, I tried the Martini Tower and let's just say they were sooo strong, the tower was barely untouched given I had to work the next day 🫣. My only complaint would be the lighting was a bit too low with these aging eyes. Had to bring out the phone flashlight. Overall a wonderful experience and I would recommend and definitely go back.“
