“Fire place definitely going back. Entertainment is AMAZING. Last time I was there they had male a female Karen’s crashing and it was really adding to the full experience of McDonald’s. If you want to order from the counter you’ll be waiting a while, also if you hear “next window please” while in the drive through your cooked, have fun waiting!!! “I discovered Sasuns Cafe a few weeks ago and I have come back each time I’ve been in the area. Can’t speak to the rest of the menu yet but the Zattar Jalapeno & Tomato flatbread is OUTSTANDING. I’m not sure you can find a better option for less than $10 in the county. The Steak and Cheese is perfectly balanced with seasoning and crisp vegetables, combined with a with a fresh roll making for a great bite. Try either of these items, you won’t regret it. Looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu!“

We started with breakfast (tasting the local culinary treasure of scrapple), then I was introduced to their burgers on the same trip, and I was surprised that everything is cooked to order. I have not found any burger yet that is close to comparison!! My husband's family has made this a regular stop for sandwiches over several decades and generations. My father in law (nearby farmer/owner of Greenstone Custom Farming) has eaten there for several decades along with feeding his crew from this hidden gem, this has been a favorite of my husband's since he was old enough to eat there, and now it is a favorite place for our children to eat with grandpa. The store is small and with limited seating, it would be best to order the food to go or if you are eating alone you can sit at the counter and watch your food be prepared. A must try in the area and definitely worth the drive through the beautiful countryside!“

“My apologies for the late review!!! I had a great experience at Checkers a couple weeks ago thanks to one of the employees who really went above and beyond. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything in my order was right. You can tell she actually cares about the customers, which made the visit a lot better.The food was also on point. The fries were fresh and tasted like they were cooked in clean oil — which makes a huge difference because sometimes they can taste old or mixed with other fryer items. Everything came out hot and fresh. Overall, excellent service and great food. Employees like her really make the experience stand out.“

“I'm not a fast food eater, except for Chick Fil A and burger king. The hamburgers are edible, large, and flame grilled. Tomato and lettuce always seem fresh. I get the whopper. The fries are very tasty. My kids love their chicken nuggets, which are [probably] more than 5% chicken, unlike McDonalds. 👎“

“I absolutely love this location. This is one of the few Burger Kings in Frederick that still has an outdoor playground. The restaurant is always kept very clean. As soon as the table leaves, they literally wiped down the tables. Their drive-through is fast and efficient. And the food is always made fresh. The empanadas were perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, with a savory, deeply flavorful, and juicy filling that tasted completely authentic. The burger was equally impressive—perfectly seared, incredibly juicy, and served on a fresh, soft bun with top-tier toppings. It is rare to find a spot that excels at two completely different specialties, but this place knocks both out of the park. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. “Walking in I was greeted right away. I was asked if I was going to dine in or takeout. I said dine in and was handed a menu and was told I can pick any seat.

The waitress came over and took my order. Breakfast Burrito, Blueberry Pancakes and Coffee! She asked what I wanted with the Pancakes. She mention potatoes, tomato’s. I opt’ed for the tomatoes since it was already going to be a good amount of food. I did ask if I could get a spicy mayo with the burrito. Sadly she said no. It comes with a salsa.

Coffee was good hot and fresh. Food came out. Everything was hot and yummy. The burrito had a classic omelette flavor. The salsa didn’t really add much to it. Sour cream was also served with it. I doubt I would get it again. I would just get a omelette. The pancakes were loaded with blueberries. Phenomenal!

Service was great! The waitress refilled my coffee 3 times. The aesthetics, it feels like the deli could use an update. You can tell it’s an older place. Still clean and all the plates, silverware, glasses were clean. Some people might be put off by how the deli looks inside.

Overall very good experience!

Parking: Plenty of free parking

Kid-friendliness: Lots of room for a family and booths as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: Entry way is a little tricky but plenty of room and chairs and tables can be moved.“

“This has nothing to do with their food or the inside. However I saw them do something a few minutes ago that I need to share for them. A lady was evicted and she sat outside all night with her stuff so nobody would take it. Today she got a uhaul and was hauling all her furniture alone. I didn’t see anybody she knows helping or just anybody in general helping. Until today I saw employees at five guys helping her load the truck. They went beyond their job title. It was just truly awesome of them to do this.“

God forbid you ask for ketchup packets, its like you called immigration on everyone working there. they get an attitude and think you dont speak or understand spanish and start cursing you out and the managers are all involved with cursing you out over ketchup packets.
