“Talk about a diamond in the rough. Once you get over the initial shock of how small the dining area is, you will feel as if you transported into a dinner party in Italy as the small feeling quickly becomes a cozy feeling as you are greeted like long lost relatives. I've gotten takeout many times because the food is delicious and each time I'm struck by all of the relaxed smiling faces of the diners clinking glasses of red wine as they nibble on their bruschetta appetizers and I leave wishing I had a reservation as well.“

“First, please note, this is a Napoletana style Pizza place, which is not to be confused with NY type pizza, nor Chicago type pizza, nor Pizza Hut type pizza. You might be disappointed if you are expecting those types of pizza. Also, this is not a low end pizzeria, and their food is made fresh on premises. We live nearby in a walkable distanced home, and so we frequent this place fairly often, and my wife is a picky eater who has liked everything that we've ordered here, appetizers, salads, and pizza. We have found the service to be very snappy (fast), friendly and efficient. I consider this a top notch fast casual, no-waiter type restaurant that provides good value. Worth a try if you've never had Napoletana style pizza.“
“The service starts as you are greeted at the door by the attentive hostess, escorted to your seat, met by the waiter and provided your clean menus, another server asks for drinks and they are brought immediately. Right away, you order is taken and then comes the fresh, tasty bread, butter and sauce. And then the appetizer arrives steaming hot, right out of the kitchen. Followed by a waiter quietly refilling the water and ice tea. From the back corner and behind a barrier the manager is looking across the medium-size restaurant floor and bar area for anyone in need of service. He addresses everything quietly. Noone hovers over the guests, instead the servers constantly check your drinks and quietly refill them. Their manners and service are consistent. Without exception they each say please, may I, thank you and so on. This crew is well-trained and very good at what they do. And again, timely, the food came out and both dishes were hot from the kitchen. I was warned my plate was hot and we were offered another serving of parmesan and oil bread dip. A loud noise from a delivery driver is blaring music in the foyer and the manager immediately addresses it as he should. The food was excellent, tasty, not just heated up, not generic, not bland. Its refreshing to visit a new restaurant and enjoy a new and good taste. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, with a good ambiance, the correct background music at the proper volume. And all the staff were consistently masked and careful on how they seated people with seperation without being too obvious. This was our first time visiting. The customers were varied, maybe 26-30 in number around 8 pm. There were families, couples and dates and so on. We recommend this place. It's a bit far for us but we definitely intend on returning. As for the cost, it was right in line with all the Italian restaurants.“

I had a great experience with the pizza - the amount of cheese and sauce on it, along with the light and crunchy crust, must have been a real treat for my taste buds. “This is a nice quaint resturant located in a strip mall with outdoor dining. We were seated fast. Our server was new but he was friendly and tried hard. He made good suggestions and knew the menu. The cocktails were aces! One of the best dirty martinis I've ever had and I'm a martini connoisser. The food was delicious and well prepared. “Some of the best pizza in the DMV! We order from them frequently. If you cherish a good crust, theirs is highly recommended, crunchy with a great chew to it. They have an impressive variety of fresh toppings, and not just the same old: gyro meat, fresh garlic, ricotta, spinach, you name it. And they're not stingy with the toppings either! The sauce is savory and not sickly sweet like some other pizza places I won't name but rhyme with Shmoppa Shmon's. Pretty much every time we order from them they have some sort of wallet-friendly promotion going on that offers significant savings. And the service is great too: whether we pick up or get delivery, our food always comes hot, fresh, quickly, and with a big smile. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Being of Sicilian descent, I noticed they had some familiar foods you can’t just get anywhere and made a reservation. What a pleasant surprise!
