Second time trying the new Zaxbys in easton and it didn’t disappoint. You have to wait a few min.. but food was fresh and hot. My father-in-law doesn’t even like chicken and he said it was excellent and loves the Cole slaw.. thanks to staff members Siana and Katara
Long wait time. Staff got mixed up with orders. However did get a free cookie and milkshake, for our wait
I had a great experience here at this new Zaxby’s location in Easton MD. Great customer service from the employees and management. The general manager John was visible assisting the employees with normal operations, food was hot and fresh. I will definitely be a returning customer. Also, the restrooms were clean to the tee. Management is doing a wonderful job ! Keep it up !
