“I stood in front of the donut menu amazed at the selection. I only came for a few donuts, but trying to pick from the choices was like trying to pick a puppy out of a litter of 20. Every one seemed perfect. So I let them make recommendations. Every one still seemed perfect. 2 went to 6 6 went to 12 9 made it home. I made her happy. Best donuts I ever had and the service was fantastic.“

“The donuts are second to none and the Thai food has proven over and over to be some of the best. While mostly carryout, they have a few tables if you want to dine in. The eggplant leaves a little to be desired since the serving is small. Otherwise Carsons is a great place to enjoy donuts and Thai food.“

“I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Looks like a bookstore from the outside, but guess what?! Well. It kind of is a bookstore. Because it’s IN a bookstore. But that’s part of its charm. The coffee is great, obviously. And they have tea. Just don’t you dare ask for chamomile. Or if you’re feeling playful, you can always get some hot choccy. They’re always playing great music too. A fantastic atmosphere. I go in every single day with my laptop to do some work and I swear, I accomplish more in one hour than a college kid on Adderall cramming at 4am for an 8am final. The real absolute rockstar of the show, though, is Madison. I think she might actually be superhuman. Once I ordered something and she told me no, I don’t want that, and then made me something else. And you know what? She was absolutely right. It’s like she was able to take her hand and reach it into the deep, dark recesses of my soul and somehow know more about me and what I want than I’ve ever known about myself my whole life. I will never question her on anything again. If you’re in Annapolis for even just one day, this place is a must stop. Just don’t come when I’m there, I’m trying to get some work done.“

“I could not get the self check out to accept my member rewards for Duncan to scan to get my $2 medium coffee. The young man rang up from theirvregister ; and then we wanted the getting medium coffee get a donut for a dollar but because he had seen me struggling with a self checkout for like a while he went ahead I think his assistant manager said he could and gave me the donut on the house that was very kind!

“A young lady named "Lexi" was awesome with customer service and energetic conversation...i actually never been to this Dunkin Donut store before this time,today and its a calm relaxing atmosphere...i will come again,just because Lexi was so kool!

“I was picking up a delivery order for a customer and was offered one of their infamous glazed donuts and i'm not a sweet eater. Yummy 😋 Their donuts are so fresh, warm and delicious! I had to return after I'd completed my deliveries to purchase a dozen of my own. What a great marketing strategy. Now I'm a customer for life.“

“While I was waiting in line, I watched the manager, Ana Hernandez help an elderly deaf woman by communicating to her with sign language, and the woman couldn’t have been more delighted. I was seriously touched, watching this. I’ve held a dim view of the world lately, and this made me question that.“
