“I was incredibly clumsy and accidentally dropped a Maryland mug as a gift for a friend. The associates were so kind about the incident, cleaned up the mess, and asked me to get a replacement. Thank you for showing kindness and excellent customer service.
You didn’t have to do that but I appreciate you so much for sparing me the embarrassment.
Now I can enjoy my Mint Majesty tea.“

“A regular place to visit - with long lines, but they go quickly. It’s an old bank, remade into a Starbucks many years ago. Love the cold or warm drinks, no matter what time of year. Good service, appreciate the more mature staff making things right.“
