“I am 84. I spent the first quarter of my life in New Jersey--South Jersey to be exact. Subs and cheese steaks were in our blood. Jersey Mike's is as close to the food of my youth as you can get. Their product is consistently excellent. The service at my favorite store in the chain, the Ellicott City< MD, store on Marie Curie Drive is GREAT! After many years of clunky, uninspired imitations at so-called "sub" places, I've found the real thing and love it!“

“Yes five stars. If you're deciding to go to a quick sandwich shop, it's not going to be an awesome experience. But if everything checks out it's clean. They're nice and you get what you ordered then. Yeah it's five stars.This place usually isn't busy and we can get in and out for a quick pick up, my vegetarian wife finds it's essential to order in person in order to get a full sandwich full of lettuce and cucumbers and a few other veggies. If she orders online just like any other subway sandwich is not really full.I personally like their subway club, the Italian, I just had the tuna (pic), and the Beast (pic). I was surprised the tuna was really good.One trick for ordering here or any sandwich shop, get no dressing then take it home and use Italian salad dressing out of the fridge . Keeps it from getting soggy and delivers salt, seasoning, and moisture.“

“My family and I have enjoyed Devens Deli for a few decades now. Deven, Hetal and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing people who make amazing food. When my family comes to town and I tell them I know where to get the best shrimp salad sandwich, they go back to Virginia knowing the place to go is Devens Deli. The Soft shell crab sandwich is awesome and a good price, as is the fantastic crab cakes (which can give any of those “4 star restaurants” a run for their money) 🦀👍. Hetal makes THE BEST chocolate eggs around the Easter season and my son and I made it a tradition to get them every year!! “I tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich a couple weeks ago. Thought it was fantastic. We did it again last night and was super disappointed. I don't know if we ordered something incorrectly or it was made wrong. It seemed like there was no sauce at all. but we have ordered several times since then so 🤷 one off night but that sandwich has become my go to when ordering there.“

“This place is an excellent lunch spot and me personally I am a big fan of the meatball sub it's actually the only sandwich I order I have tried 2 or 3 other subs but the meatball is my ultimate favorite usually I order the foot long meatball sub with pepperoni and provolone cheese I have it toasted then add some banana peppers for a little kick of heat, this is what I like so come to Subway and find what you like hopefully you'll enjoy it as much as I do and then you can share your views with others enjoy and maybe I will see you there.“

“Vibrant place, wide selection of food. Spacious, seating is ample. I'd rate higher if it weren't for the aggressive and nasty bathroom attendant who repeatedly tried to pick a fight with me. Maybe it's a hostile work environment and she has to make herself feel empowered by taking it out on complete strangers. I have no idea. If you have to use the restroom, keep your head down and get in and out as quickly as possible.“

“I have a Great Love of McAlister's and could not believe Maryland has one. I was in the area and ran to make sure it was the real deal. Upon entering I was welcomed by the enthusiastic Sam & ordered quite a bit in my excitement. The stars of my order were the BLTA(extra avocado & bacon) and the red beans & rice. The food was so gooooooddd, I returned the following day. The customer service from Angela and Sam made the experience top tier and I will most definitely be returning again.“

“The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Another customer, around 25 yrs old commented to us that the music was too loud.

“I live in Indiana and was tasked with ordering food for the reception after my dad's memorial service at Charlestown in Catonsville, MD. We were going to have someone pick up sandwiches from Costco but it would mean they would not be able to attend the service. I called some other places but received poor customer service. So, I called what I thought was the Subway next to the Giant by Charlestown but apparently I called a different franchise down the road and I'm thankful. I talked to a lovely woman who said she would have the owner contact me ASAP which he did! Peter (P.J.) was patient with me and helpful from beginning to end. He delivered exactly what was ordered and on time. P.J. responded to my texts and answered my questions promptly and provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. If we compare them to fast food then using deals on apps you can either get more food or the same amount of food for less money at competitors. If we compare them to fast casual restaurants then sure $15 isn't bad but you are getting much higher quality food at pretty much every fast causal restaurant. If my meal was about $2-3 cheaper I would feel more comfortable giving them a 5 stars.“

“This small shop is run by one person who hand makes everything fresh, to order; so don't plan to come in during a busy lunch hour and get in/out in less than 15-20m (besides, it is worth the wait). The selection of hot sandwiches and wraps is really nice and they do allow substitutions. I like that there is also a good selection of unique Asian snacks/drinks/sweets alongside the typical options. There is some seating inside as well. Cards are accepted. “Never being here it took me a minute to look over the menu. The guy at the register gave me a moment to look things over and then gave me some recommendations. Not just what his favorites were but asked me what type of things I liked and then narrowed down the options! I ordered the Spicy Cajun Chicken sub with Fries. The sub was amazing.
