“This catering experience was top notch! I needed some hand holding since I don't host things very often, and Pamela made it a great experience. She guided me through food options to ensure our event was successful. She was considerate of food allergies and reminded me of the need for vegetarian options. She ensured we provided a balance of options so that every guest was satisfied. I received RAVE reviews from our guests. Her and her husband arrived on time and set up all of our platters so that I literally just sat and watched as everything was perfectly placed. I would highly recommend Pamela's Gourmet for any event!“

“Had the pleasure having Ennis BBQ the other night. We ordered two pulled pork sandwiches, mac and cheese, cornbread and brisket sliders. The portions were massive and I took the rest for lunch the next day. Everything was exceptional and they let me try all the bbq I wanted. ( that really made me happy) Thanks guys you rock! We will be back!“

“I think I am an afficiado of cheese steaks. I am from Philly. Crave's cheesesteak rivals Pat's. The meat is cut in strips. It must be high quality, so tender & juicy. Great flavor. Seasoned perfectly. I got with Cooper sharp. I will be back.
