I love this Dunkin. They are always super friendly and orders are accurate.
This location is The Spot! Always on point. Today tho, the person taking orders REFUSED to say good morning! Just, what's your order. 😐 so I subtracted a start. CS should never be forgotten. I repeated myself, good morning. Again, what's your order. Then the dude at the window NO greeting!!! The entire staff needs to be taught the IMPORTANCE of proper service. Dunkin' is a well-organized and clean spot with friendly staff. Their consistently good coffee and tasty apple fritter are crowd-pleasers. The popular location is always bustling, though it can get crowded at times. The well-stocked store rarely runs out of items. Customers appreciate the quick in-and-out service, with orders often ready shortly after being placed. The staff is generally pleasant, though attention to detail on customized orders could be improved. Overall, this Dunkin' location provides a reliable and enjoyable experience for both regulars and new visitors.
