This location is The Spot! Always on point. Today tho, the person taking orders REFUSED to say good morning! Just, what's your order. 😐 so I subtracted a start. CS should never be forgotten. I repeated myself, good morning. Again, what's your order. Then the dude at the window NO greeting!!! The entire staff needs to be taught the IMPORTANCE of proper service. You ALWAYS say, hello and thank you.
I really have a love/ hate type of relationship with this particular location. It is the closest one to where I live So I frequent here at least three times a week. When I go during the weekday Mornings, I tend to get friendly, polite Service and tasty drinks. The ladies are always so cheerful and seem like they genuinely enjoy what they do.

Poor customer service - needs retraining: if a person says hello you say it back. I asked for light ice and they fill my cup full with ice and I only get a few sips out of my drink before it is gone!
