“Sadly, this place turns out to be hit or miss. We were in a pinch and had such a good experience last time, we thought we'd try again. This time, the staff wasn't very welcoming, the fries were good, but the burger was overdone. The staff were friendly to each other but abrupt with customers. Not rude, just coarse and unfriendly. And the $7 hotdog was very very greasy. We won't be back any time soon.

“The staff member at the front counter was very nice to remake my drink because the first drink tasted very medicinal as a brown sugar matcha milk tea. It was very brown and dark for my first drink. She remade mine and it tastes less medicinal and more like milk tea. She also found my online order.“

“Ventura is the man! He is the manager of this eatery and took care of a special order with no issues — even though his competitors wouldn’t even have a conversation with me. I always prefer Qdoba anyway, but this just solidified it for me.
Definitely recommend coming here for all of your burritos, tacos, etc — and more, for professionalism!
Dietary restrictions: My daughter has celiac disease. No problem. Other kids have other dietary restrictions. No problem. All clearly reviewed and identified.
Kid-friendliness: Special dietary needs for picky kids didn’t make him raise an eyebrow. He took care of it all!“

“Today, I was impressed with the young lady working in the subway. It was really busy and she was the only one working and I had to wait a long time for my food to get ready but she managed everything impressively. She was really nice and managed everything perfectly.“
