It used to be that when you got a dish, you knew exactly what it was going to taste like. Exactly like the last time eaten. With four different chefs in the kitchen now it's often difficult to replicate the same taste. They are very willing to accommodate changes to the menu, such as not as spicy or a different sauce. Other than a tiny hole in the wall takeout place in eloquate city.This is my favorite chinese food in all of the tristate area.
