“This place is fantastic! My husband and I went here to try hot pot for the first time and we had so much fun! The staff is super friendly and we’re kind enough to explain how it all worked. The seafood and veggies on the buffet were well maintained and the temperature was carefully controlled using cold tables and ice. The broth itself was delicious! There are a lot of options so there is something for everyone! I highly recommend this place the food is great for the money and the service is awesome!“

“It's a bit of a shame that they had such a high demand during opening day but weren't able to execute. It appears that the quality of dumplings may have gone downhill. Not many other dishes shine as well as the dumplings so some work needs to be done.“

“Ever since we found out about this place, we've been here almost every week. It's a good thing we don't live closer because we would have been here everyday. We've tried different dishes each time and have yet to encounter a dud. Everything we've tried was amazing! I'm usually not the biggest fan of Sichuan food because I feel the spice just overwhelms all other flavors. But not at Tea Horse! The red peppers add fragrance and aroma but not much heat (if you avoid eating the red peppers directly).I highly recommend the Chicken with Sichuan Pepper, Kung Pao chicken, and the stir fried cabbage (how in the world do they make cabbage taste so good?!). Honestly you can't go wrong with anything. The only things I wouldn't order again are the soup dumplings and pan fried dumplings...not that they aren't good, but I've had better. When there are so many outstanding authentic dishes to try, why settle for anything less than spectacular? I can't wait to go back!“

“This was my second Hot Pot Hero location I visited, the other was in Gaithersburg MD. The other one seemed to have more options to add to the all you can eat menu, and the other one the service was a bit more attentive when placing an order for refills, but this was still a stellar experience and I would do it once a week if I lived in the area.“

“I went to Hunan Legend and ordered the Egg Drop soup, vegetarian egg rolls and Singapore Noodles on a Sunday afternoon. You can dine in but I wanted to order carry out. The staff was friendly, kind and attentive. My food was fresh with plentiful portions and it was absolutely delicious!!!!! It was my first time at Hunan Legend. I will return again. Loved it!!! “This is our go-to place for Chinese takeout and it's always good. Tonight, though, it was GREAT. We ordered our favorites and they were all somehow even better than usual. Fish in black bean sauce, shumai, spring rolls, triple delight in hot garlic sauce, pork fried rice, moo shu pork - all delicious. Also, I needed some info on how to order gluten free a few weeks ago, and the restaurant responded to my inquiry quickly and with more care than I expected, chatting with me at some length about different dishes and how to order each. Wonderful service.“

“I had a great time for lunch the other day! The food was fresh and delicious- They had a huge selection- noodles, sushi! The staff was attentive and we got water right when we sat down. The restaurant was painted dark but had a lot of light coming in! It was a relaxed vibe for sure“

So great in fact that they are always receiving a lot of business, so beware that it may take some time to get your food during busy times. The staff focuses on their job and definitely gets it done. Because it's takeout their store is limited in its atmosphere, but they definitely try to keep it up.“

“Your experience will vary based on what you order. I liked the Peking duck and crab rangoon here. The duck was quite fresh and the skin was crispy. There were a lot of pancakes (probably not the right name) but we still had to ask for more because there were a lot of duck! The crab rangoon was sweet and crispy. It tastes pretty unique actually. I highly recommend both dishes.We also ordered fried lotus roots with some vege but they were out of most vege as we went there quite late at night. It tasted quite good but also a good amount of spice. I have a feeling that most of the other dishes will taste good too.The decor is quite okay. Imagine an up-scale Chinese restaurant with rich owners. It's too far of a drive for me to frequent this place but if I'm ever in the area, I'd eat here again.“
