Tersiguel's French Country Restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience with exquisite flavors, wonderful wines, and attentive service in a beautiful ambiance. The fixed-price menu may be pricey, but it's a culinary adventure with multiple courses, including escargot, shrimp provencal, and filet with Au Poivre sauce. The restaurant's commitment to quality has earned it a loyal following, with many considering it the top dining destination.
The wonderful pivot to a Prix Fixe Tasting Menu is a great success, pared down to four nights only, two seatings per night, and a limited number of guests, resulting in a delicious dinner experience. The 6 course menu consisted of soup, salad, fish, lamb, beef and dessert, all French dishes from the Brittany area, all superbly prepared, sauced and seasoned. The menu changes weekly.
It was a wonderful experience, with truly exceptional food and a highly personable staff. The Maitre 'D was perfect in his explanation of each course.
