This place use to be a family oriented wholesome spot. But having employees that dont look happy to be there, wearing a hat that says Anti human, and being heavily tattooed with skulls all over doesnt look like a family friendly establishment. The guy has been wearing that hat for a while now. And honestly it doesnt look good on the business. Very anti social behavior. Gloomy. And when you ask him for something he flats out tells you no. Doesnt propose to assist you with a different option. I dont think I will be going back there either. Very poor customer service. I wouldnt want my food handled by someone that clearly acts in a way that tell me, I probably dont want him handling my food. They use to have cheerful servers and mostly females that love their job and offer support, options and will help when you need it. And wear company teamed colors and a cheerful smile. What a poor representation of the company. That guy is clearly supposed to be in the back working not with the customers.

If you need an amazing combination of sweet, salty, and savory desserts while visiting Ellicott City, you must visit this spot. We had the cookie dough nachos and pineapple whip soft serve. An absolute Mecca for your sweet tooth.

Love it for ice cream! We didnt go here for years because the store signage isn't clear as to what the store is. They probably lose a lot of revenue because its not clear that this is an ice cream shoppe to people passing by. Store branding and marketing needs some investing and I bet they double their sales this summer.
I purchased 5 tickets ($52 each) for “Disney Bingo & Milkshakes” at The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar in Ellicott City, MD on 5/17/26 via Eventbrite. The event was materially misrepresented. The listing advertised Loungefly bags, Legos, Squishmallows, Scentsy items, jewelry, gift cards, multiple door prizes, and a 50/50. In reality: only some Loungefly bags were present as prizes; Legos required an additional undisclosed $10 per special round; no Squishmallows, Scentsy, jewelry, or gift cards were distributed; there was no 50/50 and no raffle; only approximately 4 cheap door prizes were given out. Milkshakes were initially served in chemically contaminated cups causing a burning sensation in our throats (four out of 5 of them). The staff was nice but brushed it off saying the glasses were probably fresh from the sanitizer. The event was run informally with personal Venmo/Cash App payments collected on-site rather than through any proper payment system.
