I teach the blanket class here and can’t help but get a sweet treat every time I’m there. They’re all soo good!
Great place. Found one in Maryland. They charge extra for the Mason jar, but oh, the selections are still worth it.
Great business 💡

I will definitely go back. All of the desserts we tried were amazing! The non dairy icecream was delicious 😋
Great ice cream place! It's an old historic movie theater. So cute. A must do 🍦🍨
We drove a hour and a half to come here with some friends that had never been to a crazy mason milkshake bar before. I didn’t take a picture of my “crazy waffle” because it wasn’t anything to look at. They serve the “milkshakes” in a plastic cup unless you buy the upgrade mason jar, which wasn’t appealing. Parking is a nightmare, very limited in the area. It tasted like regular ice cream. Staff (2 people total) didn’t acknowledge us at all, held their own conversation infront of our group while they made different things for other customers. Could have atleast said hello, we will be with you in a moment or shortly or something. They have a large seating area that most of the tables weren’t clean and didn’t have napkins in the dispenser. Don’t worry though, they had the heat set to 48* so your ice cream isn’t going to melt anytime soon and it feels like you’re sitting in a fridge. It was 30* outside so that wasn’t an option either. Not a pleasant experience at all, especially compared to other crazy mason locations. What a let down. They were really disappointed as we had really talked this chain up, going off of our experiences at other locations. We will 💯 percent not be coming back to this location. It was expensive soft serve with toppings.

The Crazy Mason is one of my favorite places to go for a quick treat. Their ice cream is fantastic, and I love that they use Blue Bell, which is hard to find in this area. My go-to favorites are the Short and Sweet, You’ve Gotta Be Pudding Me, and Top of the Morning. They also have amazing seasonal options—I really enjoyed the piña colada over the summer!
The quality is always top-notch, and the staff is so friendly and kind, which is refreshing to see. Even when they’re busy, they’re quick, accurate, and mindful of allergies. I’ve never had a negative experience here, and it’s always a fun treat we look forward to.
If you’re looking for delicious ice cream and a great atmosphere, The Crazy Mason is a must-visit!

Our experiences in the EC Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar have been thoroughly enjoyable, especially thanks to the attentive, thoughtful, & considerate customer service of Izzy: while being the only employee behind the counter, Izzy took care of all the needs & wants of us & all the customers in the midst, truly making for an exceptionally wonderful time in EC this evening.

Fun idea not great execution. The staff was good sure but the ice cream itself was not. $16 and the ice cream tasted like nail glue, the toppings were stale, and it was really crowded. Money better spent somewhere else.

Brought my friend to the crazy mason when she was visiting, neither her nor I had it before. Extremely overpriced when you’re paying $16-20 for a singular milkshake AND the collectible cup/jar you’re getting it ins decal flakes mostly off just by rinsing it in warm water. The strawberry cheesecake milkshake is extremely similar to any other strawberry cheesecake shake. I won’t be going back because I’d rather pay a third of a price for the same thing somewhere else.

Have been a few times. It is a very interesting and fun experience. It's a little pricey and hard to be hungry enough to eat all of one of the Crazy Mason's, especially alone. Some are tastier than others.

Great service, friendly and accommodating. One milkshake felt like more than enough for 2 people.

I love the fact that it's in an old theater. Made the experience so much better. It's awesome that you get a souvenir cup with your milkshake.
